The Anastasia Condo Complex is located directly on the oceanfront in St. Augustine Beach, Florida. The open floor plan has lots of windows to take in all the beach views from this Oceanside condo. This unit is what we call, 'Oceanside or Oceanview'. You still have very nice views without the high cost of 'Oceanfront.' There’s a TV in the living room and both bedrooms, free high speed Internet. This condo is completely furnished and equipped with everything you may need.
There are great views from the Living, Dining, the Kitchen and even the Master Bedroom.
The Owner’s suite is spacious with a King Sized Bed, wake up, open the sliding glass doors and step out to your private balcony and just allow all of your senses to take in all of the subtle nuances of the ocean and the beach. Just take a few minutes and enjoy the sights of the purposes, pelicans and seagulls. Take in the salt ocean smell of truly fresh air and feel the warn sun on your face as that glorious orange ball gently appears on the horizon of the great Atlantic Ocean. Grab a cup of your favorite coffee and all the pressures of work and responsibility fades away. You are on vacation in your own private beach condo.
Walk down the private boardwalk that leads to the beach, collect a few shells or build a sandcastle.

This place was everything it promised to be. Close to the ocean for miles of jogging, walking and close to shopping but out of the hustle bustle. We didn't use the pool but it certainly was inviting. Comfortable king sized bed and lots of windows to enjoy the outdoors and the sound of the waves on the shore. There was even a deck that took advantage of the morning sun for coffee. The manager was totally helpful and communicated with me promptly from start to finish regarding rental particulars. If I ever return to St. Augustine, this is where I plan to stay! This really was exactly what we were looking for as far as location. The condo has a great view of the ocean/beach from the balcony. Also, it is very easy access to the beach from the room. We were travelling with 2 small children, and the ramp walkway over the dune to the beach made the short walk much easier. However, on a negative note, the condo was in desperate need of a deep cleaning. The carpet was filthy, the couches were dirty, and the dishes in the cupboards were all dirty. We did report a problem with the dishwasher not working while we were there and it was corrected, however we did not report the issue with the carpet or couches. We didn't spend much time inside the condo, and we didn't want to have to deal with the carpets being cleaned during our stay. This condo goes above and beyond to make your stay relaxing & fun! Beautiful Sunrises on the ocean are worth getting up early, enjoyed my coffee on the balcony while watching the sun rise out of the water. Got great pictures from the balcony. The condo is very roomy and funiture comfortable and up to date. Kitchen is well stocked. Downtown to St Augustine is within 10 minutes so we enjoyed the best of both worlds. This property was very well maintained and looked very classy from the entrance gate all the way to the beach. The onsite heated pool lpoked very clean and well maintained and all the grounds were beautiful. The condo unit was fantastic. Very nicely maintained, all of the appliances looked practically new. Bedrooms were big, as were walkin closets. Bathrooms were clean and adequate. All the towels and pots and pans, silverware, plates, cups, bowls, etc were provided, as well as trashbags, cleaning supplies, basic spices, sugar, creamer, etc.. Living room was large with a flatscreen tv and had comfortable chairs and sofas with TWO sliding glass patio doors with screen door, a small little step out patio and a much larger patio (which also could be accessed by a sliding glass door from master bedroom) that had a fantastic view of the beach. The area was very serene and quiet the whole time we were there. The private boardwalk to the beach (accessed by private code) was very convenient and provided a beautiful view as well. The patio also was tiled very nicely. I just LOVE this place and can't wait to go back. We even looked into the pricing of buying one of these condos we liked it so much. + The condo was very nice, even better than described. The space and view of the ocean from the balcony wee just outstanding. The realty company staff were very pleasant once we got settled - The communication between Booking.com and the realty was poor so that we had considerable difficulty checking in because they did not have all of the information from me that was needed to complete the transaction.Did you find this review helpful? About the owner: I am the property manager, a new owner just purchased this fun beach house, I am a native of the Jacksonville Beaches / Ponte Vedra Beaches. I my teenage years I was a lifeguard and a member of the American Red Cross Volunteer Life Saving Corp, celebrating the 100th Anniversary in 2012. My parents owned a Hotel in Jacksonville Beach also in my teen years. I LOVED the hotel business. After 18 years as an executive in the seafood business, I became a Realtor, owned and managed a RE/MAX Office, then an opportunity to get back to my first love, the hospitality business this time as a manager of vacation rental homes. It is so much more fun than the traditional real estate business.
