Our family of 4 had a great vacation. We loved the first floor condo and it had everything we needed. It was large and nicely decorated and quiet. Also, ski in and out from the locker room every day! We will stay at this condo at Winter Park again! Thanks, Darlene for being so helpful and attentive.

Fantastic trip, great lcoation. This is a first floor unit, so its less walking to get to the slopes or to the shops/restaurants in the village. I would stay here again.

Stayed here for 4 nights in January 2012 with my 19-year-old disabled son, an avid mono-skier. Everything was spacious enough for his wheelchair, so able bodied folks will definitely have room to spare. The unit is SO quiet and comfortable and nicely appointed -- we assumed we'd be going out to dinner, but it was so nice we stayed in all but one night and watched movies. Access to the slopes was a breeze. If you plan your skiing day to finish on the Mary Jane side, you can ski right up to the hot tubs on Corridor trail. Darlene was exceptionally easy to work with. We'll never stay anywhere else at WP again.

"90587" was perfect for our family vacation to Winter Park. Hadn"t been back to Winter Park since 1990. The whole village is just awesome. "90587" is at ground level and you have access to everything right there including Starbucks. The apartment is a corner unit with a lot of window space (light) and more then ample rooom(floor space) for a one bed room. We had all the grand kids come down for breakfest one morning(9). Ski lovers! you are a short distance from all the necessities; lift tickets, ski rentals, ski locker storage, resturants, ski school, hot tube, starbucks(again), and underground parking. People!! I've been to a lot of places and it does"t get any better. Very economical value plus Pizza Peddler is next door.

I just checked out of the condo and it was exactly as we saw it on vrbo. It is very clean and relaxing. It has everything we need for a great ski trip. It is on the first floor which is always convenient. It is at the end of the hall, so it is very quiet. And you are right next to the Zephyr lift and the village. The Zephyr Mountain Lodge is clearly the premier property at Winter Park. I am already planning to stay here again.

Darlene was very easy to work with and the condo was even nicer than it looks in the pictures. Thanks Darlene. The area around the condo was really cute, it even had a Starbucks very close. My family and I had a great time. Great location and it was nice to have the condo to go and have lunch! It saved us a lot of money and it was a lot healthier than going out to eat! We liked the chess game too!

Thank you for the place! Great ski in/ski out location, right in the village. We really enjoyed the place and thank you again for sharing it with us. Hopefully, if we do return to Winterpark, we will definately rent from you again!

We were very happy with our condo rental. We had good communication with the helpful owner, who was a real delight to work with. The condo was described very well in the VRBO listing. We paid good off-season rates. The location is probably the best we could have asked for, close to everything at Winter Park. Others in our group rented from other owners and their condos just weren't as nice as ours. It was clean and just like new. We would love to rent the same condo next time we come to the area.

I will be booking this place again next year. We came July 28 - Aug 1 2010 for Crankworx. We had a GREAT TIME! It started with great owners, made the process so pleasant and easy. The room is tucked away in a far corner so even though it's a ground floor unit and steps away from the action it's nice and quiet. At first I was disappointed that the view wasn't of the ski mountain but when the morning came and I looked out and saw Starbucks just steps away - all was redeemed, plus you are in the middle of the Rocky Mountains, there isn't a bad view! The only time it's not so quiet is when the free concert is playing - again just steps away and they play for 2 hours before dark so it's a pleasant surprise not an inconvenience... if you like free great music - don't miss it. The room is beautiful and BIG with great furnishings and a very comfortable bed. I should have looked to see what kind of mattress that was b/c it was so nice. We brought our kids and they slept on the pull out couch - nothing surprising there, I hate pull out mattresses but the kids didn't mind. They loved the extra soft fuzzy blanket, they slept great. The condo was clean and had everything I needed to make breakfast and dinner for the family. I really appreciated the stand alone fans as there are no ceiling fans to get the air moving and no screens in the windows. I LOVED the back patio and the beautiful flowers and landscaping. We used the back patio as our front door since it's so close to everything. The lodge is beautiful, best location in Winter Park. There is no pool and that was a disappointment to my kids but they still had fun in the hot tubs and just a short drive away Winter Park has a GREAT indoor pool with slides and lazy river and climbing wall - if you have kids that is a MUST. The Mountain offered lots of great family activities; we really enjoyed watching a movie on the lawn, the fire pit and many more fun activities provided by the mountain. We really enjoyed eating at the Cheeky Monk; great food and great beer. Winter Park is a great summer and winter destination for the family. Amazing accommodation in a great destination.

Stayed here over spring break with my family. Though a one bedroom, it was much roomier than expected because it has a long entry hallway (allowed us to leave boots and other stuff there rather than invading living spaces). The unit was clean and comfortable. I loved the location next to the slopes and the porch provided easy access to the village. Cannot say enough good things about Darlene; she was great to work with.

We just got home from Winter Park and this is without a doubt the place to stay. Great end unit with more room and updated clean furnishings. Great access to the village and the lifts. The ski in/out is for real. You will be on the slopes in a matter of steps. We have stayed in the Slope Side building twice and Darlene was by far the most accommodating. We saved hundreds on lift tickets with 2 for 1 coupons on eBay as she suggested. The Winter Park Zephyr Resort is the most economical and friendly place we have found. You will not be disappointed.

We had such a wonderful time on our vacation to Winter Park. Darlene's apartment was very nice and comfortable; better than we expected. We loved how it was on the first floor and had everything nearby; especially restaurants and rentals for skis! We will definitely be contacting you when planning our next trip and will happily refer you to our friends. Thank you!

An excellent condo, much larger than a standard 1 bed (we stayed in one of those last year) and very comfortable with just the right amount of personalization to make it feel special. I stayed here for 11 night in Feb 2009 with my wife and 5 year old son. The ski in/out location is excellent for the chair lifts and ideal after a long days skiing - especially with a tried 5 yesr old!! I would recommend this rental to any of my friends and family.

My husband and I stayed at Darlene's condo for 6 nights from 1/24/09 to 1/30/09. It was the perfect for our ski vacation. The condo was extremely convenient to the slopes, the hot tub, and the village. It was very quiet with well appointed furnishings, but still retained a homey and cozy feeling. And Darlene was always very accessible and easy to work with. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Darlene was very helpful with info on area. We loved the location and comfort of the condo. We enjoyed the many trails Winter Park has to play on as well as the dog sledding. On another note, we travel quite a bit and always miss our bed back home. This is the first time we have experienced a comfortable bed while being away!

Darlene's condo made a perfect "base camp" for our weekend in Winter Park. We were steps away from our morning coffee, the Zephyr lift, the miniature golf course, restaurants, and many beautiful trails. The condo was a very spacious 1 bedroom and was perfect for our family of four. I'd highly recommend Darlene's condo!

This condo was the best! Darlene was super nice and even gave us lots of useful information about the Winter Park area before we had even arrived. We were able to ride our bikes out to the lift...Everything was so close! We cannot wait to go back. We hope we will be staying here again when we do!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay in this 1 bedroom condo. It is almost the size of a two bedroom and very well kept. It also has a keyed door to the outside that makes this condo one of the most accessible at the ZML. Darlene was exceptionally helpful. We hope to stay there many more times.
