The third bedroom has a full bed with a pull out trundle.
There is an additional full bath upstairs.
Downstairs there is a small fourth bedroom with a twin bed and a pull out trundle. There is an 1/2 bath/ laundry room downstairs as well.
The house is clean, well organized and stocked. In addition to quality linens, we will be leaving bikes, beach chairs,beach towels etc..

The property is private, newly landscaped and well manicured.
Heated gunite pool with 1,600 sq. ft. stone patio with Teak dining table that seats 12 and four teak lounge chairs.

I have had the honor of staying in this magnificent home for many summers. It is warm charming extremely clean and in the greatest location. The home is always well stocked with everything you need and filled with top quality linens,kitchen appliances and all accessories.. The backyard is very private with a beautiful pool and patio. I have had many wonderful parties and great memories where made. Beside the great location you can bike to town, walk or ride.. There are fabulous shops, resturants and parks. The beach is close by ,easy parking and great fun. East Hampton is only a short ride where there are more great resturants and shops... Whomever rents this home will enjoy a magnificent summer!!!!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
