Whether or not you are a golfer, you will simply love this cottage! The view from the back patio is beautiful with it overlooking the practice putting green, club house, and triple fairway views (1st, 9th and 18th). Pinecrest is a private golf course which is part of the Canongate collection of over fourteen golf clubs surrounding the metropolitan Atlanta area.
Pinecrests hosts Hank Haney's International Junior Golf Acamedy (IJGA) for both skills instruction and practice rounds.
A beautiful, new amenity center is just steps from the front porch, directly across the street. The amenity center features a resort style swimming pool enclosed by a large, lazy sunning deck. Off of the sunning deck is a toddler pool and an approximate 40'x60' covered pavilion with separate changing and restroom facilities. The amenity center also includes a fitness center(which overlooks the pool),two new tennis courts, a new basketball court as well as a children's playground.
The cottage, only five years old, is immaculate. It is a single level 1,200 SqFt house with two bedrooms and an attached, one-car garage. Each bedroom has a queen bed. The master bedroom contains a large attached walk-in closet, Cable TV with DVD Player, master-bath with a garden tub and a separate shower. The living room has a sleeper-sofa. The attached garage is large enough to hold plenty of golf bags plus other essential vacation gear that you can't easily store in a condo such as bicycles, coolers and etc. A surf-caster and a light tackle saltwater fishing rod with tackle box, two adult and a youth tennis racket, and a basketball are all available for use. Beach chairs, baby stroller, an adult bicycle, tricycle and a 20" kids bike are also provided for guest use.
In addition to Hilton Head Island (10 Miles Way) and its beaches and golf courses, there are several state and federal wildlife refuges for hiking, birdwatching and nature observation on the mainland/Bluffton area of Hilton Head.
Historical Savannah, GA and Beaufort, SC are within a 30 minute drive. Enchanting Charleston, South Carolina is approximately 90 minutes away. Closer to the cottage, within a three minute drive, you will find a brand new Shopping Plaza, Sea Turtle Plaza, which contains a cinema, restaurants, deli, salons, boutiques and a package store. Two Tanger outlet malls, Publix, Walmart and Target Department stores are within a ten minute drive.
Personal Checks, Cashier Checks, or Credit Card Checks are the preferred method of payment. Nightly, Weekly and Monthly Rentals are now available.

We very much enjoyed our week at your cottage. Everything was perfect. The IJGT (Hank Haney Golf Academy) was just outside the back patio. The kids who stayed at the academy were brought in by van each morning but we just let our son walk out the back door and he was there. The kids used the practice putting green to the left and the driving range to the right (the far end). Our older son, who is not as interested in golf even took part in a jr. clinic that PineCrest course held on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Of course, we were able to watch from the chairs on the back patio. The swimming pool was great, just as promised.. Your recommendation for beaches was great also. While we were swimming one day, about 5 dolphins came up to within 20 feet of us. We had a great time, enjoyed the cottage very much, and would definitely be interested in staying there again if we come back to Bluffton/Hilton Head. Thank you again for everything.. Our stay at the golf cottage was beyond expectations! Golfing facilities are literally just off the rear patio. The cottage is cosy and bright, ideally located for sightseeing and of course shopping! Loved it so much we are going back next year. Thanks Jack, for everything! Gilles and Veronica

As a benefit for the Childrens Hospital, I purchased from a silent auction a few nights at this beautiful property. MY wife, Theresa, and I spent two days and three night at the cottage. What a wonderful place for a get-a-way. Awesome cottage with all that you could ask for and more. I played golf at the course out the back door and totally enjoyed the round, thanks Jack !. We would recommend this property for a get-a-way for a couple or family. The cottage is very well outfitted for a short stay or a long accomodation with wonderful kitchen ammentities. There is plenty of entertainment for all ages of children. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would recommend the property as a "thumbs" up and a pleaseure to enjoy. Thanks Jack...................

My husband and I, along with our daughter and son in law spent 9 days at this Pinecrest location. Everything was perfect! The putting green is right behind the house, and the pool is a short walk across the parking lot. The house is very, very clean and the neighborhood quiet. Everything you need is provided including kitchen supplies, a gas grill, linens and even items for the pool. We had a great time whether we were sitting on the patio enjoying the beautiful Carolina views, or heading out into Bluffton/Hilton Head. It is close to everything. There are plenty of places to eat, shop and golf within a few miles of this home. The location is perfect and only about 10 miles from Hilton Head. Daufuskie Island is also close and worth spending a day there! Jack was super and made us feel very welcome. This is a place I would tell my family and friends about. Jack's rates are also great, considering the high prices of a single hotel room. I would highly recommend this home (and this area) to anyone going to South Carolina. The owners are very accommodating and attempt to leave no stone unturned to make visitors comfortable and appreciated. The cottage is well kept and has all the comforts of home. As mentioned in the promotional materials, it's ideally located near the swimming pool, clubhouse, putting green, and driving range. Also, Savannah, Beaufort, and Hilton Head Island are within reasonable driving distance.

This golf cottage could not have worked out better. I have been here since the last of January and will be here for another three weeks. The convenience of the fitness center, golf course, which has a terrific restaurant and staff, has been a bonus. The owners have gone out of their way to make sure may stay is very enjoyable. I would definitely come back in the future.

This was a great place to stay - the owners were VERY helpful with our (many)questions before our trip. It was nice to be close to HHI, but also close to Savannah. We had enough space for our whole family to enjoy a great week. The pool and fitness center were just steps away! The amenities were very nice and well taken care of. Having a washer and dryer in the cottage was very nice... we were able to take clean laundry home! :0) We really appreciate the "extra mile" that the owners went to to make us feel welcome in their cottage. We would definitely return again!

We had such a fantastic time! I haven't had such an enjoyable vacation in a while. The cottage was immaculate, roomy, comfortable, and attractive. It had everything we needed. The location couldn't have been more convenient - golf, tennis, pool, and exercise room all within a few steps. We also enjoyed the local attractions the area has to offer. We hope to go again!
