SUNSATIONAL-- This home could just as well be called The House for Family Fun. Sunsational has all the bells and whistles you expect from a new home: stainless steel appliances, ice maker in the refrigerator door, granite counter tops in the kitchen, ceramic tile floors, 4 8' french doors leading to decks on two levels and three sides of the house, over sized windows (33 of them!) and of course a private pool.
The following is just a partial list of amenities. Five LCD TV's: one 32' in each of 3 bedrooms, one 42' in the bedroom/gameroom and a 52' in the living room. The open floor plan on the second level has a huge kitchen, living room with two full sofas, and a dining room table that seats 12! The kitchen has every small appliance that you can think of. In addition to the usual toaster, blender, drip coffee pot, there is also a coffee grinder, bread maker, mix master, crock pot, smoothie machine, electric frying pan, and even a hot air popcorn machine. The Wolfgang Puck stainless steel pots and pans are a joy to cook with, and there are wonderful serving pieces for your fantastic creations. Hand utensils are more than complete: garlic press, baster, every size and shape of knife, juicer, vegetable brush, meat tenderizer, tea and herb ball, cheese grater, and wire whisks are just a few of the items in addition to all the usual you would expect. Not to be forgotten is the well stocked cabinet of glasses for your cocktail hour.
About that bedroom/gameroom. On the ground level with its own door to the pool area is a room so large that it has a sitting area which includes a queen sofa sleeper, a love seat, a king bed, a game table with 6 chairs and two pieces of exercise equipment. This area along with the wonderful selection of games, puzzles, books and VHS tapes that are in the adjoining walk in closet is the reason this room is sure to be the center of your fun. And for this room and the pool convenience is a full bath with its own door to the pool area!
The pool area is just one more wonderful feature of this house. Enclosed with privacy fence, the area has just had a beautiful patio of pavers put in. A patio table for 6 with umbrella, 6 chaise lounge chairs and propane grill ensures a great time.
The other 3 bedrooms are also wonderful rooms. On the second level is the queen room, furnished with traditional Florida wicker. There is a full bath on this level as well. On the top level is the Master Bedroom. We joke that the shower in the attached master bath could seat 4 for dinner, and there is also a garden tub. Also on the top level is the bunk room with Safari theme. Fun for kids, teens, or even adults. There are two sets of bunks with twin on top, and full on the bottom, which allows for sleeping 6.
In addition there is high speed wireless internet, free long distance (to U.S. and Canada), stereo system, home theater system, DVD's, VCR, cable TV, ironing board and iron, washer and dryer, parking for 6 cars, his and hers bikes and 2 twin fold out beds.
This house is just a short walk to the community pool or the pure white beach of the Cape. Now add the Sun and you truly have SUNSATIONAL.
