The views were beautiful. Great location. There is plenty to do within walking distance (mini golf, shopping, water park, amusement park, go karts, swimming, fishing, restuarants, you name it..) The unit itself could use some updating and the facilities were older than expected but overall we all had a great time.

We stayed in this condo from 710-10 to 7-17-10 When we arrived the following items did not work: washer, dryer, garbage disposal, and at least half of the electrical outlets were not working. The one ceiling fan smells like it is burning when it runs. Multiple emails and phone calls made with no response. The pictures on the VRBO are VERY old. There is no auto ice maker as stated in the ad. The furniture is very old and wore out. I would highly recommend NOT to rent this condo or to rent from this owner.
Owner response:We are sorry that you were unhappy with your stay. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention. The washer and dryer was replaced at the end of the month. The garbage disposal was not broken, it just needed to be reset. Most of the outlets are on switches, they only need to be turned on to work. We could not reproduce the odor that was reported coming from the fan. There is an icemaker in the refrigerator. The furniture is dated; however, the unit is in good repair with new paint, cabinets, and countertops. Unit pictures are new as of spring 2011.
