  lovely property and excellent location. Sara was a great host - offered to help with anything but also left us alone to just enjoy the time. She made sure we had everything we could need even down to torches to explore the caves. Perhaps the only suggestion would be an upgraded aircon system - so it would be quieter in the bedroom and to have aircon in the living room. Alternatively screens on all the doors so then could keep all the doors open to get some breeze flowing through as the unit does get very hot otherwise. Hope to see her and stay another day.

  The Brac Beach Villas are absolutely beautiful and comforting. They breeze that blew on the islands wer wonderful. This was our first time to the Cayman Islands and it will not be our last. The villa was very spacious and clean with the information about the island at your finger tips. The villa offered wifi and t.v. to keep my little obe occupied as well as the beautiful pool the she loved. Also, To lay in the hammock and feel the breeze and the amazing view around u was breath taking. The grounds keeper Justyn was there whever u needed him. He was willing to help make your stay better if he could. He was so generous to take my family aound the island. Very nice person. The kayaks were there to make it interesting as well as a bike ride to see tge beautiful island. The people there were very friendly and welcoming which made the trip worth it. Snorkling was amazingly fun. Thank u so much for a wonderful, beautiful stay. We will be back next year. Thank u so much

  This place rocks! We went-16 of us and we all had a blast. The property was exactly configured to our needs.We have 2 couples occupying the upper floor (privacy!), below it are the ladies and the separate structure with the big dining and kitchen were occupied by the gents. We love the view, the free kayak and bicycle and it is the best beach location in Cayman Brac. Of course, who will forget the memorable hammock beside the pool and the pool itself which were constantly used during our stay....it was so refreshing. The property is close to the airport (5-8 mins away), close to the grocery and some caves. During our 3 days 2 nights stay, we barely had a long sleep since we want to maximize the use of the place. It has wifi on each location and the bedrooms have nice cozy feel. The big kitchen is very well equipped with the things we need to prepare food and of course the wide dining table as well as the living area for bonding and fun-filled night. The bluetooth speaker is awesome, no need for cables, just bring your ipod, ipad or smart phone and start the party sounds! I strongly recommend this place for those people or (large group) that are seeking for a memorable stay in the Brac..for sure, we will be back! Edzel

  We flew down for a week to celebrate the big fifty (and sixty) years! The house was ready when we arrived, they connected us with a rental car company, which is really necessary when you stay on the island. We had a wonderful week of relaxation, and fun. The pool - is a wonderful way to relax (and practice snorkeling without waves), and swim. We biked, hiked and explored the island and each time headed back to the pool to relax and cool down. The pool was cleaned and maintained each day by Justin, a wonderful young man who looks after the house/pool. We also ordered cupcakes to celebrate a birthday, and they were wonderful (and a treat). We brought some food with us, which I recommend although we found wonderful restaurants and a wonderful wine shop too. There is also a number of grocery stores, only recommendation - check expiry date on items you purchase, we had no problems. I am in school and was able to use the WiFi to sign on and complete my classwork as required, this was a wonderful bonus for me. I am waiting for my damage deposit at this time, otherwise we had a wonderful time and would return to the house at anytime.

Great to read that the B-day cup cakes worked out and it's truly nice to hear that people appreciate the separate WiFi signals in each unit, it is an extra expense for us but we wanted people to have a secure and strong WiFi signal in the case that there were something of importance to complete while on holiday. In reading your review it is easy to gather that your trip was enjoyable. It most definitely sounds like you were able to make the most of your time and get a good feel for the island.   The Brac Beach Villas are wonderful! I'm already working on a group of my normal Florida goers to head back to the Brac in 2014. The weather is dependable. The Villas are like new and this is the best beach location of the entire Island. The privacy and no crime rate make it a slice of heaven. You make your own night life on the large patio with your private pool. The scuba & snorkeling is good. It was like being at home but never being inside except to sleep. Of course, if you need to be inside the accomodations were very suitable for anyone from child to adult. Sara, thank you very much for your hospitality. The grounds keeper (Justin) and everyone else involved were caring, informational & helpful during our stay. I'll talk to you soon, I want to get my 2 weeks for 2014 on the books. Thank you.

  We just returned from our 2 week stay at Brac Beach Villa. It was amazing. Anytime you can leave the cold winter behind for a tropical destination it is worth it. Our Villa by far had the best beach on the island, the pool was an added bonus. The unit we stayed in worked well for us. The main unit is split into two areas. the kitchen,dining,living and one badroom with 1/2 half is located in the separate unit with 2 additional bedrooms and 2 baths in the main level of the other unit. the 2- one bedroom units are located upstairs. This is a home so keep that in mind when planning your trip. You need to clean up after yourself, cook your meals etc. We had a copule minor glitches in our stay but it was still by far an awesome place to stay. The groundkeeper was very helpful with all our questions and/or concerns. We hiked both sides of the bluffs, pick up many shells, snorkeled . We only dined out a couple times at the one resort and the hotel. Both meals were great . I would highly recommend the Brac Beach Villa to anyone that is looking for an extremely quiet vacation. We were the only ones on our stretch of the beach. there is not much of a night life. but there is unlimited sun, beautiful views and ocean breezes to enjoy .

  Brac Beach - ... when pristine nature, total privacy, peace & quiet and clear blue ocean rate high on your priority list for your ideal holiday on Cayman, then Brac Beach Villas will be the best dream holiday you could possibly wish for: the villa is isolated and absolutely private is located along the Southside of the island with more than an acre of a large coconut plantation, enhanced by tropical landscaping. We had opted for a fully self-catered holiday, which suited our idea of a home in heaven and in complete privacy - away from home. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to indulge in all possible cooking endeavors - and twice per week we drove to the grocery stores, where we found all kinds of the freshest foods all kinds of vegetables sea foods etc ... We did not have to buy coconuts, as we were invited to help ourselves to our favorite diet addition as much as we wanted – soon we worked out the technique of getting a straw into the hard shell of the nut ... we took several snorkel and diving trips including diving the wreck and some walls but most of the time we just did short dives as there's good snorkeling and diving right off the beach making for a dream dive vacation. And last but not least, an experience not to be missed under any circumstances, a visit to the bluff with its breathtaking view from the lighthouse, we will certainly recommend that you explore the limestone caves and sinkholes, high above water we find it hard to say, what we loved most: the breathtakingly beautiful views from our patio, the gloriously golden sunsets, the clarity of the starry sky at night, the clear blue waters, the overwhelming diving sites and of course the visit to the very friendly locals in the nearby churches and locals neighborhood ... too much to pack all into one review ... Sara told us, we broke the record as longest staying visitors at her lovely Villa(1 full month), but we felt, it was nowhere near long enough - we would have loved to stay much longer ... but then again: there is always the option to come back - and that we sure will !!

  This was probably the best trip I have ever been on. We were picked up at the airport and driven on an island tour with stops at the grocery and liquor stores. The view during the drive was magnificent the house keeper greeted us at the door and gave us a quick tour of the grounds. Then, we went to our villa... there are no words to explain how beautiful the view was from our Deck. The rooms are very large and spacious a nice kitchen large and comfortable dinning and sitting area with a wide view of the beach, outside a large court yard with a large fresh water pool and just steps away from a peaceful white sandy beach and a turquoise blue sea. I wish I were there right now!!! Overall, the "Villa" was BEAUTIFUL... not a hotel, but a home. The beach was amazing; the staff was like family. The views were breathtaking and the experiences were absolutely amazing. And you can't beat the price. This trip was worth every penny and then some. We will definitely return to our Heaven Away from Home.

  We needed a special place in the sun for our father to spend his 80th birthday and this was perfect! He felt very pampered here. We were so happy with everything that this property had to offer from the beach location to the smallest detail in this beautiful Villa. And from start to finish the owner was kind and accommodating. I don't think we'd ever stay anywhere but Villa Marbella now and the location of this villa on the island was wonderful. Not many steps to the tropical pool and to the sandy beach, yet quiet and serene. You'd love it! Gurwin, the house manager, was very helful. The house is very private and in a great location, central to everything. We loved lounging in front of the house by the pool or in the hammock, the best ever snorkeling and diving from shore .Thanks so much for sharing this special villa with us. We can't wait to come back!!!
