Thank You so much!! The apartment is a 5 star luxury accommodation! The Golf is some of the best in the world and you are so close to disney and the best outlet shopping ever! Oh ya, and the water park is also one of the best I have ever seen and the kids loved it! The Grocery store is right across the street and so are a couple of pizza places, McDonalds, subway, and a few others just in case you don't feel like cooking! The apartment is clean and filled with everything you could possibly need! The only complaint I can think of is the dryer, i just didn't want to dry the close, although it might have been operator error and not the actual dryer?? Photos did not do it justice, it was way nicer in person!! James was amazing and was able to fix our problems ASAP! Once again, thank you!!

This is the fourth time that we have visited Reunion Resort, but the first time staying in this condo. The condo was ideal for my husband who is a keen golfer, he was able to wander out of the patio doors straight on to the 12th tee. The swimming pool is ideally situated just to the rear of the property with the water park not too far away, where they serve food and drink throughout the day. We had a great time at this property which is definitely home away from home. The owner is always very accommodating and makes the whole booking process very easy, we will definitely be returning.

We loved staying at this villa. We have stayed at Reunion before, so knew what to expect. Villa was definitely of a 5 star standard with all the amenities that you could want. Good location within the resort to access the hotel and seven eagles pool and club, where our kids swam everyday and made friends. Easy drive to Disney and not much farther to Universal. Highly recommend this villa.

We have been in transition for about a month, living out of suitcases and in regular hotel rooms. When we walked in the door of this condo it was like a weary traveler who had found a water source in the sahara desert!!! I know it sounds kinda over the top, but that is exactly how I felt! My two young kids made it very clear how pleased they were by saying "I never wanna leave this place!!!" The condo is very spacious, well decorated, the bed is super comfortable!! This place gets two very enthusiastic thumbs up!!!

This was the 4th time we had stayed at reunion but the 1st time we booked directly with an owner. The owner was very helpful throughout the entire process. We are a family of 6 so we all enjoyed the space of the unit. Everything was as described in the apartment. The position of the unit was very convenient to disney world and the other attractions. The family the water park and the local pool, I enjoyed the golf course. I would recommend this property to all.

Excellent Orlando Vacation spot - June 2011

My family and I stayed at Mr. Chen's Golf fview Villa Memorial Day Week and we absolutely loved this resort. We have vacationed to Orlando a couple of times, always staying at a park hotel. This time we wanted better accommodations, more value, and more flexibility. Boy did we get all three...and them some. This room was a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit with plenty of room for myself, my wife, my parents, and my 3 chidren (grade school and younger). The option to put the kids to bed and still stay up later was fantastic. The grounds of the resort were beautiful, made me wish I had taken my clubs. The resort waterpark was fantastic, we nearly couldnt drag the kids away. Granite countertops, and a master suite/bath so nice I want to replicate in my home. A little far to Universal (around 25 mins) but really close to Disney (less than 10 mins). Only comment, I wish there was a little more sit down dining on the exit to the resort, only option was a Chili's, but that was even good. Definitely will stay in Mr. Chen's unit when my family returns to Orlando.

My family of three stayed here in May 2011 for 2 weeks. The condo was perfect - it was furnished and designed beautifully; it was spotless; being an end unit, it was gloriously bright; the deck was spacious and a joy to sit out on in the evenings; and the kitchen (which we used for breakfast and dinner almost every day, as our son has food allergies) was well equipped and a joy to cook in. The owner was wonderful - very responsive and easy to work with. The resort itself is huge and beautifully landscaped. The pools (there are many) were a welcome retreat in the evenings after busy days at theme parks. Reunion is only a 10 minute drive to Disney and we relished coming home (yes, that's how it felt) in the late afternoons to our beautiful, comfortable, and peaceful condo. Thank you James!

My family and I stayed the week of Thanksgiving 2010. This condo was just as described, in fact even nicer. The golf course was right outside of our balcony and it was close to Disney and all the other activities that anyone would want. We ate at the Forte Restaurant and the service and food was excellent. We enjoyed the water park and were surprised at the choices on the drink and food menu, we made a whole day of it. We also had a huge pool and jacuzzi within a few steps of our condo. We were the only ones in the jacuzzi every night. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked, ate a lot of our meals right there, and Chili's was right around the corner for a quick take out meal. There was a Publix grocery store right there too, so this condo was our home away from home for a week and it was truly memorable. I would highly recommend the Chen condo. Whenever I had a question, the owner was quick to reply and sent restaurant recommendations and maps of the area, etc. He made this process very easy and I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I traveled to James' condo with our two children, ages 5 and 7. We were there for Disney and some general relaxation. The condo was perfect...well appointed with plenty of space and just minutes from Disney. It was nice to get out of the Disney mobs at the end of the day and relax! The unit is very convenient to grocery, restaurants, etc. The pools are very nice - the only bummer was that the water park was closed when we were there, which was disappointing as we didn't know beforehand and made plans around that for the children. We had a great day anyway and will definitely return to this condo. James was fantastic to work with!!

Our party had 4 adults and 2 kids, and this condo was perfect for what we needed. It is in close proximity to everything Disney, and we experienced very little traffic. The condo is quite spacious and comfortable. Having three full bathrooms was a huge plus. The water park is terrific, and there was never anyone at the neighborhood pools. That said, there were a few things that weren't quite right: 1) the left sink in the master bedroom was clogged, 2) the clothes dryer did not work very well, 3) there was never enough hot water for more than two people to take a quick shower, and 4) there were not 4 sets of towels in each bathroom as indicated in the paperwork. Other than that, though, we were very satisfied with the accommodations and thought it was a great value for the amount of space we had and would consider staying here again on our next visit.

Owner response:We always encourage our guests to contact our management company right away when issue arises during their stay. Our management company has been very responsive in assisting our guests. The clogged sink could have been taken care of right away had the guest notified our management company. Due to the designed of the building, only stacked washer/dryer can be fitted in the condos. Hence, the unit is not as efficient and cannot handle large loads like the full-size ones in a typical home. The water heater had a partially faulty heating element and it has been fixed. This condo has three sets of towels in each bathroom. The four sets of towels was meant for our other condo. We have corrected the paperwork to reflect that.

My family and I were in Orlando, Florida beginning the week of June 14th. We went to a couple of Disney's parks and did not want to have to stay in a hotel room for 6 nights. We are happy to have found this place. The condo was spacious and clean, the beds were big and comfy. The kids loved the water park on the property and the meal at Eleven was very tasty. It was really a fabulous vacation. My only complaint was the absence of a luggage cart. It was difficulty hauling bags up a few at a time. Other than that, I would definately stay here again. Our visit to this condo far exceeded our expectations! This condo is perfect for a family with 3 kids. They each had their own space and loved having 3 tvs at night. The pools are great, and the kids enjoyed trying different pools when not at Disney. We loved the proximity to the Disney Parks - very easy to get to parks. What a wonderful vacation we have enjoyed - once again - at the Chen condo. We have stayed there two years in a row, and we just love it! The unit is spacious and the grounds at Reunion are beautiful. We were delighted to find that there was a new pool area just steps away from the condo. We actually preferred this to the main water park area because it was less crowded and much more convenient. Soaking in the hot tub while sitting under a sunny Florida sky is one of my favorite memories from our trip! The condo is close to everything - from food stores to dining to Disney to SeaWorld, it's all within minutes. It is a perfect getaway, and we look forward to returning again soon!

My wife and I just returned from 11 nights in this beautiful condo. Everything was exactly as described and even better than expected. The finishing’s throughout were beautiful with first class linens and kitchen items. The unit is on the second floor and is located on the 13th hole of the Watson course and has great balcony to view the golfers from. The brand new Centre court Pool and Jacuzzi is now open and only 30 second walk from the unit. Reunion is an impressive resort and all facilities are being excellently maintained. We would go back in a minute. James was excellent to deal with and above and beyond with information provided. He treats you like a valued customer!

Our recent stay at the Chen's Reunion Resort villa could not have been more positive. James is a responsive, straight-forward owner and a pleasure to work with. We have just come back from a 10-day vacation visiting WDW parks with our 3 kids and 2 nephews. James' condo was the perfect place for a large family. Three large bedrooms and bathrooms, excellent kitchen, dining and living room, as well as a terrace to have breakfast overlooking the golf course make this appartment a great choice for vacations. It is very well decorated (brown and sand colors), with very good linens and towels. In addition Reunion is a 5-star resort just 20' away from WDW parks. Finally, I would like to mention that James was very helpful at all times and everything run as agreed. We definitely reccommend this condo to all our Argentine friends and we are sure we will come back soon.

My wife, our 3 young kids, 2 nephews and I have just come back from a week and a half vacation in Orlando and have had a great time at James' condo. The appartment is very spacious with 3 large bedrooms and bathrooms, very nice kitchen, dining area and living room. In addition, the terrace overlooking the golf course was an excellent place for breakfast every morning. The decoration is of great taste and the linen and towels are excellent. James was very helpful at all times and everything happened as we had agreed to. In addition Reunion is a 5 star resort about 20 minutes away of WDW. So our vacation was excellent and we are sure we will come back and we will reccomend this appartment to all our Argentine friends. James, thanks for all your attention and help. I stayed at James's Condo in Reunion for 3 weeks with my Wife & 2 kids (6 & 2 years). We had a fantastic time! The Condo is really modern and spaceous and centrally located to all of the amenities within the resort. James was very efficient during the booking process and made sure that we had all of the information to make the most of our stay at reunion. We spent a lot of time at the waterpark which was perfect for our young kids. We just returned from a week vacation in Ginn Reunion. James' condo was perfect for our family - the nicest one we have stayed at in the Orlando area and we have been several times. Our children are 17 and 16 and the condo was spacious enough so that everyone had there own place to retire after a long day out. The condo was immaculate and perfectly situated in the complex. Basically close to everything that one would need. As for the overall complex Ginn, we also don't have a bad thing to say. From the guard at the front gate to the gentlemen at the golf pro shop - everyone was kind, friendly, and professional. Views from the roof deck pool are spectacular. Finally, working with James was super easy. He was very accommodating and very professional. We will certainly consider James' condo in our future stays in the Orlando area. We just returned from a 12 day trip and had a wonderful time. This condo is perfectly located within walking distance to the club house, seven eagles pool, and main building. What a wonderful and relaxing vacation we had in Florida, staying at the Chen family's beautiful condo. Everything there is top-notch. James, Our visit was really terrific. The Reunion experience was first class and the resort staff could not have been nicer or more attentive. I wish we would have more time to interact with them but we were at Disney each day all day. Your condo was perfect for my family of 5 and was a great respite from the craziness of Disney. Having the clean perfectly appointed space was a huge plus for us when we needed to recharge for another day. Really comfortable mattresses by the way. My husband and I stayed at this condo the week of Christmas 08 and had a fantastic experience. Working with James was a pleasure and his condo is well maintained and is furnished with quality top notch furniture and appliances. I travel alot and have stayed at many 5 star hotels where I have paid more and gotten much less. The thing I liked most was how quiet it was. James, your place was fantastic. Why anyone visiting Disney would pay for a hotel room when they can have your unit for the same price is beyond me. The unit and the amenities offered are 4-star. Everything is at your finger tips, you really can’t get any closer to the parks other than staying right there. Water park for kids was great, and to top it off I played golf. Too expensive at the Ginn resort, but Champions Gate is less than 2 miles down the road. Played there for 57 bucks on Thanksgiving Day. Lastly when we left the only thing on the bill was 115 dollars cleaning fee which was covered by the owner. Thanks for a great vacation!

Your condo is absolutely fabulous. There is so much space and it is furnished to an incredible standard. The resort itself is great for both adults and children. Your condo unit is especially clean and that was really nice having an exceptional clean condo unit! The pools were nice and the golf course view was nice in the morning and watching the hot air balloons in the mornings while staying in your unit. Mr. Chen was great to deal with. The Condo was beautiful, clean and looked brand new. The resort is also great. We enjoyed the pool and waterpark. I highly reccomend it!

We have just returned from our vacation and have had the most wonderful time. The Apartment is second to none, luxurious and comfortable. The resort is great, excellent facilities and so close to the theme parks. Having the water park on your door step is great. Dealing with James makes the whole process so easy as he is very helpful. 5 stars and no hesitation in giving James and this apartment our full recommendation. You will not be disappointed.

Comment Text: Lovely accomodation and a great location. Handy for the theme parks yet at the same time the resort was secluded and peaceful. The resort is top class with fantastic pool areas. I would certainly recommend this place and would go again if we return to Orlando.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Reunion Resort. With two pools plus a waterpark, we spent three of our seven days relaxing at the resort (in between Disney and Sea World jaunts). We have three young boys and it was nice to have so much space in James' condo for them to play. The condo is top notch - beautifully decorated, everything new and in great condition, with lots of amenities! The condo is in a great location within the resort as well. It is within walking distance to a playground, tennis courts, both pools, spa, golf course, everything really. We chose to drive to the waterpark, but it wasn't necessary. James' condo is also an end unit and there was virtually no outside noise to disturb us. The balcony overlooks the golf course and we loved eating outside and soaking up the sunshine! Nothing negative to say. The condo is exactly as advertised. Beautiful inside, great location. Very quiet as the units below, to the side, and above are all unfurnished and empty. James was a pleasure to deal with.
