This was the cleanest, well maintained condo we have ever stayed at. Our family goes to Panama City each year for a week and we will be staying here again. The condo was very clean, there were plenty of towels/washclothes, cookware, pans pots..etc. The view was awesome. Thank you so much Mr Paul!

This was our second year at Grandview East and we just love the place! The fourteenth floor location gives us a beautiful view where we can see marine life along the shore and beautiful sunrise. Since we went in spring both years we were able to turn the air off and enjoy the wonderful sounds of the ocean from the master bedroom and living room all day/night with the sliding glass doors open. The owner is very gracious and maintains the condo so we know we can expect a wonderful week of rest without any distractions or problems. The location is very convenient to walk to restaurants and a short drive from a major outdoor shopping area. Spring break can be noisy on the strip but from the condo we did not hear much noise. This year was very quiet, presumably because it was Easter Week. We shall return!

We certainly enjoyed our stay at this Condo. It was our home away from home for over two months. It is a wonderful place and Paul is great to work with. The Condo was so great that my wife and I will be returning again for another two month plus stay.

Thanksgiving at the Beach

We LOVED our stay! The condo was everything the reviews said it was! One evening we bought fresh seafood from a local market and were delighted that all the cooking utensils needed were readily available in the condo. The entire unit was comfortable, beautiful and just an elevator ride down to the beach. We stayed the week of Thanksgiving and found the weather nice during the day, a bit cooler in early morning and evenings. Thanksgiving Day the waters were so calm we watched string rays swim back and forth in the waves, just inches from our feet! The master bedroom overlooked the beach. While laying in bed, you could imagine you were cruising on the ocean. We hope to make a stay here our new Thanksgiving tradition.

We must say our stay here could not have been better! The condo had everything we needed and being able to open the patio doors to our bedroom each night and listen to the ocean was priceless! This was our 8th family vacation including 11 of us and it was GORGEOUS! we have been to many condos and this one was by far the most accommodating! Paul and Anne have done a wonderful job decorating, maintaining and supplying your every need! The condo was very clean, refreshing, spacious and made us all feel right at home! The view off the balcony was splendid and located in the midst of many things to do. We highly recommend Paul and Anne's condo, you will not be sorry! They are very easy to work with and very attentive to your needs before, during and after our stay! we recommend you taking the boat to Shell Island, simply breathtaking!! you will not regret that you did. The parking is tricky to say the least however, feel blessed that is all we had to deal with!!! Thank you for letting us make family memories in your vacation home, we truly had an amazing time! :)

Very relaxing stay

On behalf of my husband and friends, I have to say that we had a super time. The condo was beautiful and efficient. The view overlooking the ocean was breathtaking. We saw dolphins, shark, a sea turtle, a manatee, schools of fish. All a person needs is high altitude to view all this! The timing of our stay was perfect. It was not crowded or noisy. It was so relaxing and peaceful. My next Panama City Beach visit will us staying at this condo again!!!!! Just loved it! Thank you again!

Grand View from 14th Floor

This was the second leg of our Honeymoon. Grandview East was very clean,quite and the building was very close to the gulf. The clean white sandy beaches were the best I have ever seen in my life. Paul and Anne have covered all the comforts of feeling at home, even extra's, like the beach equipment. You want to collect shells, they have the nets to scoop up the shells and beach chairs for the sun tan or the chair that cover's you from the sun. Master Bed and Comforter was very inviting and comfortable. Views from the Master Bdrm and Living Room were priceless, especially on the balcony during the sunset, WOW! Jet Tub for two was a bonus and used very quickly after the long drive and un-packing. Kitchen had everything you needed, frig had water and ice thru the door. The square footage was extra nice inside and outside on the balcony. Walked on the beachfront in back of the 17 floor complex that same night and counted the condo's that had lights on, only 5 condo units were lit up, so we pretty much had the building and the beach to our selfs. This was a great time to stay, the weather was perfect, sunny everyday. Paul was very easy to talk with and always returned any message or my e-mails, even helped me with returning my shaver I forgot to re-pack. I would highly recommend Paul and Anne Condo to spend your vacation in. My wife and I had a memorable experience and I want to Thank You for sharing your home with us. Me and my family of 8 which includes my grandchildren (2 yr old and twins that are 3 months old) stayed here during Labor Day week. It was our first time staying @ grandview. We loved it. We usually are @ the beach during 4th of July week, but was unable to go during that time due to the twins were premies. We are so looking forward to coming back. My family and I spent a week at Paul and Anne's condo at Grandview East. We had a wonderful time! The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed to feel right at home. This condo seemed to be considerably larger than many we have stayed in before. The master bedroom and bath are exceptional. I think there is more room in the master bath than we have in our's at home! It may have been due to the time of year we were there, but it was very quiet the entire week. That was so nice! We were looking for a time of relaxation and fun with our family. We certainly found it. Paul was quite easy to work with. He accommodated every request quickly, and always answered my emailed questions. It was a pleasure working with him. The staff at Grandview was also wonderful. We had an unexpected business situation come up while we were there, and requested the assistance of the staff in the office. They were very kind to help us, and truly seemed to be happy to do so. The only problem we had was that the week was over much too soon. Thank you, Paul and Anne, for the opportunity to share your home!

The condo was clean, well-maintained - plenty of the extras. It was as nice as I was lead to believe and looked exactly like the pics. The owner's are most helpful and willing to work with you to accomadate your needs. I have already recommended this owner and location to others and would go back again! My one advise for the area - don't do Shell Island - not worth the time and money. Stay in the condo and the lovely beach!

Both the condo and the view was outstanding. The condo was very well-furnished. Being that high up was wonderful. We took in the sunsets from the balcony every night. The beach was very clean, and the water was so clear. Very convenient location. Not crowded at all. We felt like we were at home by ourselves, it was so quiet. Paul and Anne were very nice and helpful. Will definitely return.

We had a wonderful vacation in Panama City and loved the condo. The view was just beautiful. We spent many of the evenings sitting on the deck and enjoying the beautiful sunsets. We have 5 children and there was plenty of room for all of us. One of my sons was lucky enough to see a school of dolphins early one morning. The bed in the master bedroom is so comfortable I guess I didn't make it up early enough. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay and we will recommend you highly.

The condo is beautiful and the location is perfect for whatever you would like to do. Great local restaurants, beaches, mini-golf, golf courses, shopping, etc. We had 4 adults and 4 children (14, 11, 11 and 3) in the condo and we were never in each others way, plenty of room for all. We had a great family vacation.

This condo is absolutely gorgeous. Everything is top of the line- but the master bed sheets are to die for! We had such a wonderful time here, we can't wait to come back. The views are amazing, and it is really only steps to the beach where your umbrella and chaise lounges are waiting for you each morning.We enjoyed this trip twice as much as our recent trip to the Dominican Republic at a fraction of the cost! See you next year!

The condo was as perfect as perfect could get. My only complaint was that we only had seven days to spend there. I could have stayed for the rest of my life. The decor was perfect for such an awesome place. I loved everything about it. Each morning we enjoyed the dolphin show and each evening we witnessed amazing sunsets all from the balcony. This is truly a taste of paradise. Could not have been happier. Will most definitely stay here again. Paul the owner provided us with everything we needed regarding our rental and left nothing to be desired.

BEAUTIFUL...More than we could have imagined. The pictures don't even show how great of a place this was. I took two 12 year olds, a four year old and my sister and mother along with me, and there was fun for all. The beach was so peaceful, and we went during memorial day weekend. The room was so nice we couldn't decide if the beach or the room was more beautiful. Paul and Ann provided us with everything we needed. Will be back without a doubt. Strongly suggest this condo to anyone!

We enjoyed the condo very much. It's beautiful and tastefully decorated. The view is great. We enjoyed the dolphins in the mornings. I also liked the comment book we found in the condo. My name is Mary and I will be 12 in February 2012. I live in Memphis TN. My grandmother owns this condo. When i turned 7, I went there for my birthday. And it had a heated pool. It had a great view. When I went there I loved to pick up the sea shells. That is why there are so many sea shells in the condo. I wish I could go back but she says its to busy and someone is renting it. So I have to wait till it is not to busy.

We stayed in your condo the last week in October of 2006. It was luxuriously decorated, well equipped for our needs and centrally located to great restaurants and attractions. Ripley's Believe It Or Not was in walking distance. Our apprehension about staying on the 14th floor was quickly resolved as the balcony was so spacious. We were enthralled with all the sea life we could observe from the balcony. It was like being at an aquarium. With binoculars we observed sea turtles, huge schools of fish, dolphins, but most exciting was a sting ray that was enormous. (And that's not a fish story) :) I hope others who stay in you condo take time on a sunny day to sit on the balcony and take in the gorgeous view of the beautiful sea life. The sunsets and sun rises were breathtaking. Thank you for a relaxing stay in your beautiful condo.

We stayed at this condo for a week and we will never stay anywhere else. The furnishings were stylish, new and in excellent condition. The condo was in a central location. Located only a half mile from the Walmart which was very convinient for forgotten items. The view was absolutley beautiful and it was a plus that you could lay in the bed in the morning and just roll over to see the ocean and sky. Also the owners were very helpful, always polite and nice. Hope to stay at this condo for years to come. Thoroughly enjoyed!
