Hol Chan Reef Resort is a brand new complex. The 3 bedroom rental comes fully equipped including a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, custom cabinets, dishwasher, two modern full baths,two flat screen cable TV´s, dining area, living room, air conditioning, large verandah with a view of the sea, pier where you may swim & snorkel, freshwater infinity edge pool with a swim-up bar, BBQ on the deck area, rooftop deck perfect for star gazing, enjoying the sunrise & sunsets, & another BBQ area. The beach is lovely with white sand and there are lounge chairs on the beach & deck area.
Hol Chan Reef Resort is located 3.5 miles south of San Pedro in a beautiful quiet area.
There is easy access to and from town either by golf cart, taxi or bicycle. There is a grocery store within
1/2 mile and restaurants within 1 mile. Any tours you decide to take the boat will pick you up at the end of the pier.
From Belize International you can either fly direct or take the ferry. If you decide to fly direct the round trip airfare per person is US$122.50, flight time 15 mins. For ferry service there are taxi´s just outside the airport that will take
you to the ferry terminal in Belize City. The round trip ferry fare is US$45 and it takes 1 1/2 hrs. by boat to the island.
There is also another option to take the ferry just outside the airport that will take you directly to your dock where you are staying. The round trip ferry fare for this service is US$125, it takes 1 hr. by boat. (this fee includes transfer from International to the terminal plus a free rum drink).
There are many activities to enjoy while visiting Belize including diving, fishing, snorkeling, Mayan Sites,
Beach BBQ, Manatee watching, bird watching, zip lining, cave tubing, Belize Zoo, day trips to Caye Caulker,
sailing, para sailing, kayaking, wave runners etc.
