This villa is what a Beach House is meant to be… convenient and beautiful! Located directly across from the Pelican Beach Access boardwalk (100 yards from door to the sand) and an easy 3-5 minute walk or bike ride to the brand new Beach Club. Our children run back and forth constantly, and the sunsets at Pelican Beach are breathtaking. Just load up the villa supplied beach buggy with sand toys, towels, and a cooler, and off you go for hours of fun in the sun.
Rental includes access to the incredible new private Seabrook Island Club. Club amenities include: the Ocean Winds and Crooked Oaks golf courses; nationally-ranked Tennis Center, Equestrian Center, Fitness Center, and Beach Club swimming pools, with ocean side, open air pavilion/restaurant and Tiki Bar (featuring live entertainment during Summer Season), summer Kids Camps and poolside activities. You will also have access to the new Island House where you will find the workout facility, library, café, indoor pool and playground with basketball courts.
The Villa is very spacious and has been recently (2008) redecorated and completely renovated. There are wood floors throughout, and new appliances, cabinets, plumbing fixtures and granite countertops in the kitchen and both bathrooms. The unit offers very sunny, tropical views. The upper-level master suite has a queen-sized bed and features a private deck with chaise lounges. The second bedroom is very spacious with two twin beds and plenty of room to lounge around. The kitchen and second bedroom directly accesses the large front deck which has a full size gas grill, table with seating for six, and oversized umbrella. The unit has WiFi (wireless internet) to connect to the internet from anywhere within the unit or on the balconies. Both bedrooms and the family room offer televisions (cable) and VCRs. The Family room and Master also have DVD players. The family room/dining room has new furniture (2008) including a sleeper sofa. If eating in is your choice, the unit is very thoughtfully equipped to enhance your vacation stay. Should anything go wrong, the unit is locally managed for quick troubleshooting (lost key, malfunctions of any sort) 24/7.
