Conveniently located directly across the street from the Pelican Beach Access boardwalk (100 yards from door to sand) and an easy walk or bike ride to the Beach Club. Rental includes access to the private Seabrook Island Club. Club ammenities include: the Ocean Winds and Crooked Oaks golf courses; nationally-ranked Tennis Center, Equestrian Center, Fitness Center, Beach Club swimming pools with Tiki Bar(featuring live entertainment during Summer Season), summer Kids Camps and poolside activities.

The Villa is very spacious and has been recently (2007) redecorated and completely renovated. New appliances, cabinets,plumbing fixtures and granite countertops in the kitchen and both bathrooms. Offers very sunny, tropical views. The upper-level master suite has a queen-sized bed and features a private deck with chaise lounges. The second bedroom is very spacious with two twin beds and directly accesses the large front deck (with seating for 6). The unit has WiFi (wireless internet), and both bedrooms and the family room offer televisions (cable) and VCRs. The Family room and Master also have DVD players. The family room has new furniture (2007)including a sleeper sofa. The unit is very thoughtfully equipped to enhance your vacation stay and is locally managed for quick troubleshooting (lost key, malfunctions of any sort).

  • We had a lot of fun, and the house was a great value compared to similar beach houses on the island. The house was clean, nicely decorated, and the washer/dryer and grill worked well. The pools at the club were well kept up. There was a lot to do in Charlestown when we were not busy swimming, playing board games or at the playground. My one concern was my two year might break the living room windows or fall out of them since he kept opening the side ones. Once we closed the shades, he left them alone and I stopped worring. The beach is walking distance, but we had more fun biking there. We generally go someplace new each vacation, but if we go back, we may rent this house again.
