Just steps to the beach! Condominium is Ocean-Side on third floor with a great view of the beach. Centrally-located in Ocean City on 36th street; within walking distance to Boardwalk, Convention Center and many other attractions and nightlife!
Condominium sleeps six with a queen-sized bed with roll-away bed in bedroom as well as a comfortable queen fold-out bed in living room with an oversized chair that pulls out into a twin bed. All living room furniture is new this year and very comfortable.

My friends and I rented this condo for senior week. We thought it would be a nice place to come home to at night to sleep, getting there we came to realize that this place was going to be so much more than that! It's beautiful, it's newly renovated, kitchen fully equipped and stocked, and sleeping arrangements were great. We had so much fun hanging out at the conveniently close beach as well as in the condo and on the balcony at night, can't forget to mention the pole, definitely adds to the entertainment. This place is not only great for few teens to come and hang out but it's great for families too. The price, location and Anita couldn't be any better. I definitely recommend this condo for anyone. Hope to come back next year!

Loved our stay at this OC condo! Everything was very clean, all redone (fresh paint) much nicer than pictures. Kitchen was well supplied with all the gadgets one could need. I also like the sleeping arrangements, plenty of pull out couches for the kids. The location was perfect, no major road to cross to get to beach. We had teenagers with us and had no worries of them going back and forth to the beach. Definitely would recommend this condo to families with kids. The only draw back I could see is that it is a third floor condo with no elevator which may be harder for an elderly person or someone with a handicap. Looking forward to a return trip next year!

This place was very cute, clean, and so close to the beach. The online photos were exactly how the condo looked in person. Sometimes pictures can be deceiving, but not in this case. Having a kitchen with dishes, utensils, pots/pans, full size oven and refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, and cleaning supplies, available to use, made the stay that much more enjoyable. You can't rent a place the same size any cheaper that looks this good and comes with so many amentities. My family will definitely will be staying here again and recommend it to everyone.

May have only said 1 bedroom but it slept PLENTY! Everything was exactly as listed. Pictures were accurate. I WILL deffinately stay there everytime I go back. It was clean and modern, unlike the hotels on the beach I have stayed at. We even got a wonderful voucher for a local restaurant Thank you!!!!! Nice flat screen TV's in both rooms. Board games to play. A inside drying rack VERY HANDY! I could go on and on it was fabulous
