This condominium is in the Oceanfront development of Chac Hal Al in Puerto Aventuras. Chac Hal Al Condominiums have the best beach location in Puerto Aventuras. The condominium unit has a view of the deep water marina entrance and is steps away from the white sandy main beach of Puerto Aventuras.
This large studio unit of 700 sq.ft. is the size of most one-bedroom condominiums however the sleeping area is not enclosed as a bedroom which gives this condominium a very open and spacious feeling. The living area opens to a private terrace with a double sliding door to enjoy the fantastic ocean breeze from this second floor unit.
The Chac Hal Al condominiums have a large, brand-new pool overlooking the beach and another pool with cabana overlooking the ocean. The Chac Hal Al condominiums have plenty of chaise lounge chairs and palapas poolside and ample lounge chairs and shady palapas on the beach. There are also green garden areas for relaxing while gazing out over the ocean.
The is a local management company with office just outside complex takes care of all details including key pickup, full condominium cleaning twice a week during your stay (two times a week for weekly rentals), bath towels, kitchen towels, beach towels, soap, and bottled water all supplied and refreshed at no cost.
Immediately next to Chac Hal Al is the small Omni Hotel which has a cool beach bar, beachside restaurant and fitness center. The fitness center has floor to ceiling windows overlooking the beach and new, high-quality equipment. Massages are also available
beachside. Chac Hal Al guests are welcome at the Omni and can use the fitness center for a small fee.
Since this Chac Hal Al condominium has a beachfront location you will not have a walk to the beach or worry about getting beach access. Beach access in Puerto Aventuras is a problem for condominium owners/guests if they are in a condominium that is located off the beach. Avoid the hassle, and stay in a beachfront location where you have lounge chairs and shady palapas for your personal enjoyment!

Why the Owner Chose Puerto Aventuras
Puerto Aventuras is very relaxing and peaceful. The condo complex Chac Hal Al is very spacious with lovely grounds and two wonderful pools each with a different but fantastic view. Safe and secure setting and 2 minutes to restaurants and pubs.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We love our terrace/balcony. It is very spacious and is partially covered so you can be on the terrace when it's raining and large portions are shady all day. It's one story up so we leave the sliding doors open for a cool breeze through the condo. We love the privacy of the terrace and spend most of our time enjoying the peace and quiet, watching the birds and the palm trees sway in the breeze.

My husband and I had a great time at the property. The room clean and clutter free. It had all the basics to make it comfortable and convenient. It has a queen sized bed, tv, radio, and a kitchen with a fridge, and two burner stove top and an air conditioner as well. It has a view of the marina from the balcony. The beach and pool are a short walk away from the room. The beach in front of the condos is clean and has excellent palapas with tables. You have to get them early though, as the beach can get crowded. The snorkeling is great right in front of the beach. I was able to see sea turtles, fish, and even crabs. Puerto is completley self contained so if you do not want to leave and venture to Playa del Carmen or Tulum you don't have to. There are multiple restaurants and pubs and a mini mart as well. We did walk to the Cheudri grocery store, which is a large market. It was about a 15 minute walk along the highway and then we took a taxi back to the condo for 50 pesos. We were able to get all of our food and drink items for the week there. The folks at Blue Carribean were great and very helpful. We normally go to the all inclusive resorts, but were very happy with our stay here and would love to do it again next year.

Thanks again Perry for allowing us to stay in your unit at Chac Hal Al. Nice balcony view and less than 150 steps to the beach or pool or the cafes along the marina. Snorkeling and fishing in and around the protected bay were enjoyable as well as a trip to Tulum and Boca Pailla near the Biosphere. Look forward to staying here again!

Really enjoyed our week at your condo. Great location, spotlessly clean, quiet, and Betty is a great fan of bathtubs. The whole complex is so well maintained. Snorkelled twice a day out to the reef by the lighthouse, saw piles of fish every time, much better snorkelling than Half Moon Bay & Akumal Bay where we were before PA. Another plus is the supermarket across the highway, an easy walk. Maybe after a couple of months of Canadian winter we'll be knocking on your door again. We just returned from 4 glorious weeks in PA at this delightful condo. It is quite large for a studio, we never felt cramped even when we had guests over for dinner. The view and breeze from the patio is fantastic. The property managers, Blue Caribbean, were very attentive to any requests we had. We would highly recommend this condo for a couple (or 1 child as well) and the area of PA. The fact that Chac Hal Al has it's own beach area was comforting.

Dear Perry and Joanne, It was the second time I could enjoy your lovely reniewd condo; for me the perfect place to be. The Padi shop, former owned by Lynn Jones is now runned by Dennis, a former instructor of Lynn. He has some marveless people who help him. So if you want to go for a dive, or learn to dive: Puerto Aventuras and the condo is the place to be. Hope to rent your place again.

Perry and Joanne, We had a fabulous time at your condo. It is a great place to stay. We loved being able to walk to all the restaurants. We will definitely think about returning. We really enjoyed the beach and the snorkeling right off the beach. We saw some beautiful fish and my husband even got to swim with a sea turtle. Can't wait to get the pictures back.
