Westside home, 1300+ s.f. newer home, nestled in huge Ponderosa Pines in Bends popular Westside. The home is peaceful, yet close to everything. Guests have commented time and again how at home they feel here.
The home is only 1.5 short blocks to grocery shopping, popular restaurants, The Backporch Coffee Shop and one of the finest (non franchised) health food stores in Bend. The Old Mill District is close by, while Drake Park and the Deschutes River are only four blocks.
Master bedroom boasts KING size bed and full bath. Queen bed and trindle bed in other two bedrooms with a full bath in between. You will be glad chose this one, because you can walk almost anywhere!...or you can just relax in the dry heat sauna!
Fully-furnished vacation home. Thirteen hundred square feet(1300) three bedrooms, two baths, open floor plan. Gas fireplace, internet, t.v/vcr/dvd player w/movies and cable, gas barbecue, washer/dryer w/ laundry soap provided, shampoo/conditioner/body soap, coffee maker w/coffee and filters provided, fenced side yard with doggie door into garage, Finnleo sauna, large parking area for extra cars. Single car garage.
CLIENTS CHOICE FOR CLEANING FEE, either leaving the home in the same condition it was accepted (all laundry and kitchen) with exception of final sanitizing, vac and dusting, or cleaning fee is deducted from security deposit at the rate of $40. per hour. ($120.00 max)

Brad, I just wanted to let you know that we really enjoyed staying at the Kingston. The amenities were much better than many of the homes we have rented in Sunriver, and the location couldn't be beat. We will definitely be coming back and have already recommended it to friends. Thank you, Kris
