Fully-furnished vacation home. Thirteen hundred square feet(1300) three bedrooms, two baths, open floor plan. Gas fireplace, internet, HD 42" t.v/VCR/DVD player w/movies and cable, charcoal barbecue, washer/dryer.
We supply laundry soap, shampoo/conditioner/body soap, coffee maker with organic beans. grinder and filters provided.
Fenced side yard with doggie door into garage.
Finnleo sauna, large parking area for extra cars. Single car garage.
CLIENTS CHOICE FOR CLEANING FEE, either leaving the home in the same condition it was accepted (all laundry and kitchen put back in order) with exception of final sanitizing, vac and dusting, or cleaning fee is deducted from security deposit at the rate of $40. per hour. ($150.00 max for ordinary cleaning)
This is a strict no smoking property. Owner managed by Absolutely Bend Vacation Homes. Two dogs max. no cats permitted. Dogs are not permitted on any furniture or left unattended in the home.

Owner Description
We began this family business after a vacation in Hawaii in 1997. We stayed in our first vacation home and had a wonderful experience. Since that time we have bought and sold vacation homes throughout Bend in order to find the perfect six homes in the perfect six locations. We have ran as many as 8 at one time, but feel the mix we currently have works well for everyone.

We like the Westside feel of Bend and sometimes spend a week end there ourselves.

You can walk to the Newport Market only 1 block away. You can get a real sense of relaxation in this location surrounded by the huge pines and friendly neighbors.

Brad, I just wanted to let you know that we really enjoyed staying at the Kingston. The amenities were much better than many of the homes we have rented in Sunriver, and the location couldn't be beat. We will definitely be coming back and have already recommended it to friends. Thank you, Kris
