This place was great! Some friends and I decided to visit Destin for spring break and found this place on vrbo. As soon as we arrived we felt right at home. We met the manager (who lives in the area) when we got there and she told us the whole place had just been cleaned, right down to the carpets! The place was spotless and well maintained. The complex is nice and also safe, there is a gated key to the parking lot and to the private beach area behind the condos. The kitchen was great, we cooked almost all our meals there for the entire week. Plenty of pans, utensils, and space; nice appliances as well. The hot tub and very nice community gas grill were right outside our door. Although the water park was closed during the time were were there, it would be a short walk across the street. "The Track", a family fun complex, is also just a short walk away. There are restaurants and shops very close by, we walked less than a mile down the beach to a great restaurant and bar called The Backporch a few times! The beach area was great because you get an umbrella and two chairs when you rent at Jade East, and there isn't a private beach access near the condo so it's wasn't crowded.

We spent the Easter weekend celebrating our son's 40th birthday. We all had a great time: from 13 mos. to 60+. The condo was amazing with fabulous views of the Gulf. It accommodated 7 adults and 2 toddlers very comfortably! Wish we could have stayed longer! We give it our highest recommendation! Thanks for the stay!

We had a very nice stay in your lovely condo. We especially enjoyed the balcony. The view of the pool and beach is wonderful! We had 4 adults and 4 children and had plenty of room. Thank you!

We just returned home from a wonderful stay in your unit. The view from your unit is fabulous. The location of your unit is so great, we did not even take our cooler to the beach because it was so easy to get back to the unit from the beach. Thank you,

Lovely condo and complex with fabulous views. Unit is spacious, well appointed and clean with easy access to the beautiful beach and pool. Service was as promised and professional.

We just returned from a week in the condo. It was everything we expected. The view from the living room and balcony was beautiful. The condo was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Making the reservations was a breeze. We will definately consider this condo on a future visit to Destin.

I recently stayed in this unit and was very impressed with the up-keep and convenience. The view of the ocean and pools are georgous. The access to the beach and other amenities made the stay more enjoyable. I frequent the area about 12 times a year and hope to get lucky to stay in this unit every time. This unit holds lots of memories for me and will you to when you stay.
