Beautiful non smoking three bedroom, two bath, Bend home. Fenced, private, one-third acre back yard backs to a city trail leading up to the top of Pilot Butte, right in the heart of Bend.
Wildlife, beautiful covered deck with private four person hot tub, charcoal bbq and patio furniture. Terraced landscaping. RV parking. Central air conditioning, and central heat. Large, complete kitchen with microwave, coffeee maker, dishwasher, service for 8 and some spices and coffee provided.
Jacuzzi tub in master bedroom.
Washer/dryer available for your use.
Sleeps six. King size bed in master, queen bed in #2 bedroom, (2) twin beds in #3 bedroom.
Cleaning fee is your choice. Leave the home in the same condition (laundry and kitchen) it was accepted in, EXCEPT final vaccum, dusting and sanitizing and there is no charge OR cleaning is deducted from security deposit at the rate of $40. per hour if the above is not done.

Well mannered dog (2 max) welcome. Not allowed on any furniture/bedding or left unattended inside the home. (the HEATED LAUNDRY ROOM IS PERFECT FOR YOUR UNATTENDED PET approx 10' x 8' area) No cats permitted. Stictly no smoking in or on the property anywhere.
