Three bedrooms, two baths, master bedroom has a huge king size bed, and the fenced one-third acre yard backs up to a city trail leading to Pilot Butte right in the heart of Bend.
Wildlife, beautiful covered deck with private four person hot tub, charcoal bbq and patio furniture. Terraced landscaping. RV parking. Central air conditioning, and central heat. Large, complete kitchen with microwave, coffeee maker, dishwasher, all utensils.
Jacuzzi tub in master bedroom.
Washer/dryer available for your use.
Sleeps six. King size bed in master, queen bed in #2 bedroom, (2) twin beds in #3 bedroom.
Cleaning fee is your choice, either leave the home in the same condition (laundry and kitchen) it was accepted in, except final vaccum, dusting and sanitizing OR cleaning is deducted from security deposit at the rate of $40. per hour.
