Wonderful, non smoking three bedroom, two bath, Bend home. Fenced, private, one-third acre back yard backs to a city trail leading up to the top of Pilot Butte, right in the heart of Bend.
Wildlife, beautiful covered deck with private four person hot tub, charcoal BBQ and patio furniture. Terraced landscaping. RV parking. Central air conditioning, and central heat. Large, complete kitchen with microwave, organic coffee & coffee maker, dishwasher, service for 8.
Washer/dryer available for your use with laundry soap included.
Sleeps six. King size bed in master, queen bed in #2 bedroom, (2) twin beds in #3 bedroom.
Cleaning fee is your choice. Leave the home in the same condition (laundry and kitchen) it was accepted in, EXCEPT final vacuum, remaking of beds, dusting and sanitizing and there is no cleaning fee OR cleaning is deducted from security deposit at the rate of $40. per hour.

Great time. We had ample room for our small dog and 3 couples. The price is right. Appreciate the opportunity to save money by leaving the home cleaner than we found it. The hot tub could have used a good cleaning but nice all the same. Quiet setting. Will likely be back!!! Thank you.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our family of 5, including Mom, Dad, and three young adult children, appreciated the comforts and conveniences of home on a short getaway. This house is being rented out while it is for sale. Despite being pet-friendly, it did not smell of animals. Even the floors were nice and clean. Kitchen was well equipped. We opted to run the dishwasher and wash up our linens the morning we left. All that laundry and five showers depleted the hot water, leaving one of the kids shivering in tears in the shower when the water suddenly turned icy, and me heating pots of water on the stove for her. Not fun. Meanwhile, another kid was in the other shower, which still had steaming hot water. We didn't get it either. The dishwasher had a broken part - the part on the bottom that spins around to spray the water, so it did not clean the dishes. The entire dishwasher tipped forward if you made the mistake of pulling out both racks since it was not anchored down: an accident waiting to happen. The bed sheets were thin and poor quality, obvious cast-offs or yard sale finds. We enjoyed putting together a couple of the puzzles but pieces of several puzzles were mixed together and pieces were missing. We never saw neighbors.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners.

It sounds like your party of 5 with two dogs, opted for our very popular no cleaning fee option! I think the multiple loads of laundry and five showers might have been quit taxing on the water heater. We are very sorry to hear that, especially that one child was in tears the morning of departure. We certainly hope the rest of their stay was a happy one with the huge hot tub and fenced backyard. We hope you took advantage of the beautiful walk up Pilot Butte right from your private back yard. We take pride in offering pet friendly homes and for those that don't bring a pet, ABVH makes sure the homes show no evidence pets are ever there. This includes smells...so we are glad you noticed! This is a wonderful rental. We loved walking the dogs and kids up to pilot butte.It is very nearby a skatepark and off leash dog park which made it great for the kids and dogs. You could definitely ride a bike into downtown. The sunset over the butte is spectacular. Overall we were able to really relax and would definitely come again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children.
