My friend and I were coming to the end of our 3 month backpacking trip and needed an apartment to freshen up and feel comfortable for the Miami Music week. The apartment matched our expectations (as the booking website shows accurate and beautiful photos) and the customer service exceeded our expectations. Elena and Stefano met us at the arranged time and spent the time to show us all the apartment facilities (including beach towels and esky!) and explained things to do around the area. They were very nice and when we handed the apartment back after the 6 day stay Elena did a quick check to make sure everything was fine and we were on our way to the airport. Very efficient and friendly. The apartment is in a great location and the room is very quiet, which was nice after partying all day/night. Was nice to get the feeling of actually living in South Beach and being close to the beach and Lincoln Drive shopping district.

This is a great option if you want to stay in SOBE, without the busy and noisy life around Lincoln or Ocean Drive. It´s just 3 blocks from the beach, an you can go to the beach besides W hotel, which in my opinion was great - not too much people. The apartment is just like the pictures, very cosy and with all devices needed.. Even if is on Washington Ave, it´s very quiet and great to sleep if you don´t like noise. If you want to stay in Sobe you can do everything without a car, or just rent a bike to do long distances. Near everything you need: shopping, beach, super market, drugstores, etc. For sure I would recomend the place. Elena and her team of mediterraneo were also very professional, honest and helpful. The only critic I would make is that some of the kitchen appliances were a little bit dirty, but nothing that you can´t solve quickly putting them again on the washing machine.

Upon arriving to the property I was unsure of how my stay would be. Many old buildings and a lot of construction were going on around the property. When I entered the unit, Eleni, made sure I knew where everything was located, and made sure everything in the unit worked before she left. The studio was very nice! You could easily fit 4 people in it. The area is about 4 blocks, 10 minutes from the beach and about 10-15 minutes from Lincoln Rd. You may have to drive to 8th & Ocean which is the more popular part of the beach. I would recommend this property and most definitely stay here again. Great customer service!

Gorgeous loft with all the amenities we needed. Quiet building with great security. Elena and Stefano made our check in and check out easy and they are lovely and easy to contact. Will definetely stay at any of the property's again. Thankyou
