Cabin is clean and located in a community with pool and has security. Also has additional beautiful RV for larger parties (have pictures). Has satellite TV, indoor electric fireplace, outdoor fire pit with free wood, outdoor barbecue grill, outdoor stereo speakers and canopy over table for all-weather barbecuing! Just installed new bathroom sink, new oven, new kitchen floor, and painted walls in trailer. Aesthetically nicer than most rental units in this price range. Free wood for outdoor fire pit.
Highpoint (2142 feet) is just up the road. Private back road ideal for kids and pets due to minimal traffic. Has everything you need except the high cost of renting a home! It is located 20 minutes from Lake Wallenpaupack and 15 minutes from two state parks. Great value for the outdoor type. I do not think you can find a better value dollar for dollar. Looking for good people who will take care of the property and I will take care of them. The property is flat and useful not like many homes in the Poconos! Very private considering it is in a community. I have one of the best locations and best set-ups. This is a great area. Skiing is 30 minutes away. There is a lot of snow in the winter time.
