Accommodations: House - 2 Bedrooms - 2 Baths - (Sleeps 4)

Living Room - Franklin, NC House Mountain chalet (1988) with great view on 1-acre property in very quiet, private community, yet only 5 mins from town. 2 large bedrooms (queen beds with Serta mattresses), 2 bathrooms with skylights (Master Bedroom connects to one bathroom.) Attached garage with automatic garage door opener, stairway up to living quarters from garage and game room. Ceiling fans and electric baseboard heating with separate thermostates in each room. Wrap-around covered deck with swing, table, chairs, and hammock - great view; watch the sun and moon rise over the mountains and the buzzing activity at the humming bird feeder from swing or dining room. We are members of the Franklin Chamber of Commerce since 1995. Weekly renting only, Saturday to Saturday. Limit of four people, no pets (due to rules of our homeowners association). No smoking in house.

FOR KIDS: The Fun Factory, 5 mins. away: arcade games, minigolf, bowling, go-karts, laser tag, big screen TV, Ferris Wheel and more! Thirty-five minutes to Cherokee Indian Village and Appalachian Trail. One hour to Asheville with world-famous Biltmore Estate and Gardens.

$495/week, Saturday to Saturday.
