Witness ocean views, spectacular sunrises & sunsets, and vistas of rolling hills from this farmhouse house built in 1845. A modern kitchen/family room provides direct access to the deck where you can watch the ferries arrive and depart the island at Old Harbor.

Sitting atop Calico Hill the breeze is always blowing and the views of town and crescent beach are ever changing. Beaches, grocery shopping, restaurants, and art galleries are a short walk away. Greenway hiking trails and nature preserves are within walking distance of the house. Well-behaved pets allowed. Smoking allowed outdoors.

Visitors will enjoy beautiful beaches, some of the East Coast's best surf casting, and wonderful bird watching. Block Island is a breathtaking place to explore on foot along the greenway trails or biking the many winding roads. Well worth the effort to get here!
