We are conveniently located in Eastport, which is between the harbor towns of Elk Rapids and Charlevoix where there is great shopping, wonderful restaurants, art fairs, and a variety of golf courses such as A-ga-ming on Torch Lake and Antrim Dells. We are also surrounded by scenic orchards including u-pick and farm markets of all kinds for great fruit and fun!
This home is located on two acres in a quiet wooded setting off a private road great for walking and biking. The two-story home offers 2700 square feet of living space: four walkout bedrooms (king, queen, two doubles), three full baths (includes master), family room, living room and dining area, kitchen, and laundry. All rooms (except kitchen/baths) have sliding glass doors with Lake Michigan views and lead to extensive decks in the front, back, and down to the beach.
