The Perfect Beach Get-Away - The Flamingo House at 41 Bradley Beach Road is named for its flamingo pink exterior. This home offers six comfortable bedrooms (each with a TV and a VCR or DVD player), a large kitchen, nautical-themed living room, tastefully decorated family room/dining room combination, foosball, small private pool, and a five minute walk to the beach. You will also be close to Hilton Head's newest city park which boasts basketball courts, tennis courts, soccer fields, horseshoes, and nature trails.
Bradley Beach is centrally located, so when you aren't lounging at your private pool or having fun in the sand and surf, you are only a short drive away from Hilton Head's best shopping, dining and our world-famous golf courses. Fun family style activities like miniature golf and go-carts are also nearby.

Rental Policies
Rates: All quoted rates are for cash or checks. There is a 3% additional charge for credit cards. All bookings made within 30 days of arrival date must be done with a credit card. There is an additional $200 charge if the pool heater is to be turned on.
Taxes: A total of 11% will be added to all rates.
To Guarantee Reservations: A 50% reservation deposit is due within 7 days after date of booking. A confirmation letter will be mailed upon receipt of your deposit. The balance of the rental rate will be due thirty (30) days prior to your arrival date.
Security Deposit: A cash security deposit of $300 is due at the time of the final payment. In lieu of a cash security deposit, an accepted credit card will be acceptable. The security deposit will be returned within 7 days of the guest’s departure, provided there is no damage to the house.
Check-in/out Time: Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. During the busy summer months, we are unable to accommodate any change in these times.
Parking: Maximum parking - 4 cars
Cancellation/Refunds: A $50 non-refundable administrative fee is retained by owner. Cancellation of your reservation - Guest will receive refund less the $50 administrative fee provided the property is re-rented at guest’s rate. In the event the property is not re-rented, all payments are retained. (Owner will make every attempt to re-rent.)

The Flamingo House was the gathering place for family and friends who were attending my son's wedding this past Saturday at Dreissen Beach. The house was spacious and comfortable ... and looked exactly as shown in the pictures We were thrilled with the house from the moment we walked in the door. The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed. The location could not have been more perfect. The bride and bridesmaids dressed at the house and were able to walk right out of the house, through the park and down the boardwalk to the beach. So perfect!! Thanks so much to the owner of this beautiful home for allowing us to use it for this memorable family time!!

The house was wonderful, it contained everything we needed the entire weekend. And did I mention it was spacious. However, the room my husband and I slept in, would not stay warm. We had problems with the heater the first night but the property manager sent someone out to fix it and it was better!

We really enjoyed this home and the nearby beach on our recent visit. There was plenty of space for our large family, and a lot of family friendly activities such as games, TVs, etc. The pool was somewhat smaller than we expected, but was a good size for our young children.
Recommended for:Families with young children.
