Sunny Solana is a vacation home that's located on the exclusive Solana Resort less than eight miles from Walt Disney World in Kissimmee, Orlando, Florida. With five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms, this elegant and spacious vacation home is perfect for family groups, sleeping up to 12 guests.

Surrounded by Florida’s natural beauty, with sub-tropical woodlands, Solana is ideally located close to Disney - with easy access to the theme parks, attractions and shopping from your own vacation home in the Orlando, Florida sunshine. Visit the spacious club house and choose to relax in the sunshine around the sparkling clear resort pool with gazebos and shaded cabanas, luscious landscaping, and comfortable deck loungers and pass the time chatting to other guests or visit the resort club house where you’ll find a shop, arcade video games, fitness center and cyber cafe.

Sunny Solana has a spacious family room to relax in during the day or evening, with luxurious furnishings and window treatments, large screen cable LCD TV, and DVD Player - so you can watch your favorite movie, after a great day at the parks. Or spend some time relaxing and listening to your most cherished tunes on the cd players provided in each bedroom.

Outside, there's a heated private, screened, and sparkling-clear pool with a bubbling spa where you and your family can splash around, laze out in the warm Florida sunshine, or sit in the sumptuous sun-loungers and soak in 'the rays' with no neighbours at the rear to annoy you. The pool also has a child safety fence provided as standard and switch-able alarms fitted to all pool doors.

The sleeping accommodation at Sunny Solana includes four spacious master bedroom suites. One master is located downstairs, it has a sleep-soft king-size bed, cable, LCD TV, DVD player, dresser, night-stands with lamps and clock/radio/cd player/alarm, and walk-in closet space. The other three masters are located upstairs. All master suites have spacious, private master bathrooms, the one downstairs has a roman tub and walk-in shower, and the others have a shower/tub and vanity units; all have toilets.

The three master bedroom suites upstairs have queen-size beds, and all creature comforts including LCD TV, dresser, night stands, clock/radio/cd player/alarm. The fifth bedroom upstairs has twin beds and also has a private bathroom. A further room is located upstairs adjacent to and accessed by double doors from the second master bedroom, it is furnished with bunk beds and dresser. Finally there's a queen size sleeper/sofa.

The kitchen has been equipped with almost everything that you could need for that favourite family treat, or a simple snack. Choose to eat in the 'formal' dining area; which has a serving hatch from the kitchen or in the breakfast nook seats six, or why not eat al-fresco by the sparkling pool?

This vacation home also offers a FREECALL telephone system to guests - so that you can make FREE local and long distant telephone calls, so no more buying phone cards.it's all inclusive, as is free wireless internet and computer. There is a fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing facilities.
