We have rented this property several times and love the house and the location. The house is conveniently located close to Davis Damn where we always launch out boat or Jet Skis. Once the sun starts to set, we head back to the house, shower up and head to the casinos for dinner. It's close to everthing you want to do, and in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The house has central air which is a blessing for the heat in Laughlin. Also having the laundry is great to wash your wet clothes after coming from the river. The driveway is very long and straight which made backing up my 21 foot boat and truck an ease. Recently, my fiance and I got engaged on our last trip to this property, which now makes this location a piece of our history. We will continue to book this property, it's in an awesome area, and sets the mood for wonderful events!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
