Great location and perfect apartment for a couple or small family. Pat was very helpful and could not have been nicer. We cannot wait to return.

Donna's condo is spot on! Clean, tastefully decorated and a million dollar view. Sun, fun, beautiful view and friendly people were included at no extra charge. Add to that some fishing therapy, and you got a cure for what ails you. Fishing at the pier during June was good (whiting, black drum, sheepshead, bluefish, shark, skate and ladyfish). Most of the catch was small, however there's plenty of action during the day as schools of fish swim by (including some friendly dolphin). Fishing's best when the water's cool or after a good rain. Deep sea fishing (via party boat) was very good and reasonably priced. We had big hauls of sea bass, tuna and snapper, snapper, snapper). The Atlantic has NO visible offshore oil rigs like the Gulf of Mexico has. The ocean water's and clean white sand at Daytona Beach are beautiful. PS: I left my fishing pole at Donna's condo for the next person to enjoy.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

Great location, lovely condo beautifully cleaned and amenities were spot on. The owner Donna is a lovely lady who provided fabulous customer care, Reception was great too. All in all a great holiday and will definitely return and would strongly recommend.
Recommended for:Age 55+, sightseeing.
