  This experience was wonderful. I grew up on Cocoa Beach and this was the nicest, cleanest condo I have been in. Great location and the views were unbelievable. So close to everything you hardly need a car.We will definetly recommend this to our friends and family and we hope to go back next year. Also communication with the Owner was a pleasure. Robin

  Just wanted you to know we sure enjoyed our trip.Everything was just as nice as yousaid or better.We lucked out on the weather as we had some record breaking days. Ate way too much seafood and drank too much beer, but enjoyed every minute of it.Loved the food and entertainment next door at the coconuts, but our best meal was probably at the lobster shanty.We were able to swim every day in the ocean and saw dolphins almost every day in front of the condo. Thanks again!

  We arrived and everything that was shown in the online description was accurate. We liked the fact that it is true Oceanfront. We felt safe in the unit because of the security being used. We loved the full washer and dryer. We loved the closet space and the size of the condo. We loved dealing with the owner who promptly answered any and all of our questions. We loved the proximity to everything. Right next door was a bar and grill called Coconuts on the Beach. Everything that we needed was within 4-6miles. As far as dining out there is everything from the quick sandwich to the full meal. For shopping there was a great mall that had many good stores. There was a large cinema there also. Everyone that we met was very friendly. My wife and I found ourselves on a beach that wasn't crowded or noisy. We had wide sandy beach areas to walk. We also could walk on the sidewalks in front of the condo. They were nice, wide and we felt safe walking anytime of the day. As far as tourist attractions there is the Cocoa Beach pier and the world famous Ron Jon surf shop. There is also Port Canaveral where the cruise ships dock and historic Cocoa Village. What we didn't like was the fact that our vacation ended to quickly. We hope to return next year for another Thanksgiving getaway.

  First and foremost I want to thank the owner Mark for making the rental transaction very quick and easy, and answering any questions we may have had....Thanks. The listing description was very accurate regarding the location. We were located where we could see the ocean, hear the waves crashing, and smell the wonderful ocean air from the patio. The photos that are on the VRBO site are pretty much right on. My wife and four kids had plenty of room to eat, sleep and lounge without stepping all over each other. The full kitchen is definetely the way to go when you have 6 people in your family. We ventured to the local grocery store, which was about 1 1/2 miles down the road, and stocked up on food, beverages and sunscreen. When we werent lounging on the beautiful beaches and swimming in the 75 degree plus water we drove to Kennedy Space Center which was about a 30-35 minute drive for us. In Cocoa Beach my kids really enjoyed visiting the RonJon Surf shop which was about a 8 minute drive. I would definetely recommend this place to anyone visiting the Cocoa Beach area. There is a restaurant/bar located right next door which served up some great burgers and fries. If you have kids who love the beach then this is the place for you to stay...thanks again Mark for a great experience.

  My family had a great time at Cocoa Beach. The condo at the Boardwalk was great. It was very clean and looked just like the pictures. Plenty to do at Beach. Great view of the ocean. Would highly recommend this condo. Would like to come back some day. Maybe next year........

  We have a great time in Cocoa Beach with the daughter and grandkids. The condo was perfect for us and the view off the balcony was beautiful! We loved being able to walk to a couple of different restaurants and also to listen to live music. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

  We feel fortunate to find this condo unit on the ocean. It had everything you can imagine from the most beautiful sunrises to all the amenities right out your front door. So many places to dine, so many parks available for picnics and recreation, so many stores where you can rent beach and surf equipment. The condo itself had everything a person could possible need. Mark has had some wonderful renters who left items like laundry detergent, napkins, condiments, etc. so you don't need to run out immediately to shop. And Mark has stocked the unit to entertain everyone in your party. There were so many DVDs to choose from, games, movies, books and local guides and menus. We were able to relax each and everyday and just enjoy this piece of heaven. This is what vacationing is all about. Wish we could have stayed longer! We had a couple of questions the first day there and Mark and Mickie were kind enough to answer us in a timely manner. Thank you both! You truly were a pleasure to deal with. And most of all we would like to thank you for providing us a place where all the everyday stress from home could just be melted away. Hopefully we can do this again. Jan 4/22/12

  We met my bother and sister law for Easter weekend, to our surprise we found out that they have an Easter sunrise service right on the beach... just steps from the condo. The location is perfect, couldn't ask for anything more. The weather was great..... The two local bars had good food and the drinks were strong, all at fair price. Couldn't believe what a great deal this place was. Mark the owner, was very easy to get a hold of and returned calls at a very good time frame. Thanks again again Mark!!!!!!!!!!! I'm sure we will be back for another great weekend.

  An absolutely perfect place to stay when in Cocoa Beach. All the amenities you need. The photos show exactly what you will find when you arrive. Nicely maintained. The morning sunrises are beautiful and the location is fantastic. You can walk to good restaurants (Cocoanuts where you could get lobster tails for $12) and hang out on the beach footsteps from the condo. You can also drive short distances to see the sites or take a 45 min. drive and you could go to Orlando or even visit the Kennedy Space Center. We are already sharing this information with our family and friends, and hope to stay again in the future. Mark was very responsive to my questions before and during our stay. Making our reservation was very easy. Why look elsewhere?
