We feel fortunate to find this condo unit on the ocean. It had everything you can imagine from the most beautiful sunrises to all the amenities right out your front door. So many places to dine, so many parks available for picnics and recreation, so many stores where you can rent beach and surf equipment. The condo itself had everything a person could possible need. Mark has had some wonderful renters who left items like laundry detergent, napkins, condiments, etc. so you don't need to run out immediately to shop. And Mark has stocked the unit to entertain everyone in your party. There were so many DVDs to choose from, games, movies, books and local guides and menus. We were able to relax each and everyday and just enjoy this piece of heaven. This is what vacationing is all about. Wish we could have stayed longer! We had a couple of questions the first day there and Mark and Mickie were kind enough to answer us in a timely manner. Thank you both! You truly were a pleasure to deal with. And most of all we would like to thank you for providing us a place where all the everyday stress from home could just be melted away. Hopefully we can do this again. Jan 4/22/12

We met my bother and sister law for Easter weekend, to our surprise we found out that they have an Easter sunrise service right on the beach... just steps from the condo. The location is perfect, couldn't ask for anything more. The weather was great..... The two local bars had good food and the drinks were strong, all at fair price. Couldn't believe what a great deal this place was. Mark the owner, was very easy to get a hold of and returned calls at a very good time frame. Thanks again again Mark!!!!!!!!!!! I'm sure we will be back for another great weekend.

An absolutely perfect place to stay when in Cocoa Beach. All the amenities you need. The photos show exactly what you will find when you arrive. Nicely maintained. The morning sunrises are beautiful and the location is fantastic. You can walk to good restaurants (Cocoanuts where you could get lobster tails for $12) and hang out on the beach footsteps from the condo. You can also drive short distances to see the sites or take a 45 min. drive and you could go to Orlando or even visit the Kennedy Space Center. We are already sharing this information with our family and friends, and hope to stay again in the future. Mark was very responsive to my questions before and during our stay. Making our reservation was very easy. Why look elsewhere?

This had to be the best vacation we have had in a long time. Wow factor! The condo was amazing. I was a little worried about staying on the fifth floor when we wanted to be on the beach, but was not disapoointed when we arrived. Very nice and secure. We had great food at the Coconuts on the Beach! Hope to stay again very soon. Thank you, Mark

Our vacation at this property will long be remembered. From my 1st contact with Mark, I knew that this would be the perfect place to spend a few days after our Disney cruise. I was not disappointed! I made several special requests and Mark was able to accommodate each and every one. He was a pleasure to deal with. The condo was immaculate and the view was fantastic! We gazed at a beautiful full moon over the water on each of our 3 nights there. The condo is very roomy and well equipped. It was so nice having a washer and dryer inside! The best surprise of all was finding a plastic tub full of toys in the closet! My 6 and 2 year old grandchildren worked puzzles, colored, played with blocks and read books. It was so nice to have these items to keep them occupied!! The deck is furnished with very comfortable chairs to enjoy the ocean view. I cannot say enough good things about our stay. The only downside was that we weren't there long enough. I will definitely be back for a week next time! Thank you Mark and Mickie for sharing your beautiful property with us!

I have been utilizing VRBO.com since 2007. This condo was wonderful. It was spacious & very comfortable. Everything you really need is already provided. Just look in the closets first before driving a mile down the road to the store for provisions. Everyone in my family would like to rent this unit now since I placed my pictures of it on my Facebook. If you like party atmosphere, there are restuarant/bars within a short walk. The condo is a short distance from the cruise ships at Port Canaveral and Port Canaveral Jetty Park. There are wonderful restaurants everywhere and the kitchen in the condo provides a great environment when you wish to have a home cooked meal. I will be back again. Thank-you

My wife and i had a great week at this condo it is right on beach you can watch the cruise ships come in to the Port . The pictures describe the condo very well. Very clean . Loved laying in bed watching the ocean. you can see it from the master bedroom and the living room . Recommend this to everyone who wants to be right on the ocean . The nearby restaurant can be a little loud in the evening hours but not over loud didn't bother us at all. Little coffee shop nearby had great coffee

My husband and I have stayed in this wonderful condo several times and will continue to do so on our bi-annual trips to Cocoa Beach. We find it clean and comfortable and LOVE the view from the balcony. The location makes walking to dinner, the post office, or the library easy. The underground parking keeps cars cool on hot Florida days. Private beach access makes days at the beach effortless.

We have officially adopted this condo as our home away from home. My husband has a contract at Patrick AFB and we needed a place to stay on our many trips to Cocoa Beach. Well we have found it. We will have stayed there twice as of next week and have several other weeks in the next year that we will definitely reserving this one. Mark and Mickie are great with work with and have bent over backwards to assist us in any way possible... Great location and perfect for our needs...

Our family enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, very clean and accommodating condo in September 2009. From the very beginning our contact with the owner was exceptional. The view is fabulous - we even got to see a rocket launched from Cape Canaveral!!! Very family friendly condo!!! We loved the private beach entrance and pool. We are looking forward to returning soon!!

stayed here in August 2009, had a wonderful trip. the pictures do not do it justice, very clean and comfortable. had everthing you could want,full kitchen, washer/dryer etc. incredible views, only a minute away from the ocean. Owners very plesant to speak with, very quick with responses from our questions. restaurants close by, watching dolphins swim right in front of you, coming from a cold climate this was fantastic, can't wait to return, will definately stay here again, will recommend to all, you won't be disapointed.

We came down from wisconsin with our kids(7-9-16-20) For three of them, it was their first experience with the ocean, and we couldn't have been closer and had a more spectacular view. We all loved it! Although we were on vacation and finally had opportunities to sleep in, we found ourselves continually arising early to watch the sunrises. Each one different, but more impresive than the one before. We also loved watching the dolphins enjoying their breakfast not far from shore. The condo looked exactly like the photos and was everything we expected. Definitely would go again!

This is truly a very nice condo with a beautiful view. Secure parking with easy access to the beach. It was easy to get in and out of the complex and is close to most attractions and shopping. The only drawback was the condo is not very kid friendly (mine are 2 and 4) as there is A LOT of glass ... tables etc... Also, the balcony was out of the question for little ones because they could slip through the railing with not much effort. If you go on your own or have teenagers this condo is perfect. The owners, Mark and Mickie were great and very accommodating .

Owner response:Just to be clear, the railing has been constructed to comply with all safety and security regulations. We even did a test with our own toddler granddaughter to be sure her head and body would not slip through the cracks. She passed, but she does have a big head! And as all parents know, it's never a good idea to leave unsupervised children on ANY elevated balcony.

Pam and I would like to pass on to you how wonderful our visit to Cocoa Beach was and the fabulous condominium you allowed us to rent. The ocean front views were wonderful and the entire Condo and its contents/amenities were absolutely fantastic! We did have dinner at Heidi's German restaurant and it was sensational!!!!! We were the only patrons Tuesday night with our own pianist!!! If we ever come back to this area (which we will), I hope that you will offer us the opportunity to rent your condo again. Great Vacation!! Our Family stayed here for three weeks in Feb/March 2009 and it was such a huge relief to arrive and find the place exactly as described. The owners were excellent to deal with...always honest, and prompt in responding to any questions or concerns. The Condo was clean and well equipped. It was so nice to sit on the balcony and have our morning coffee watching the sun rise over the ocean. We enjoyed the beach every day, and even got to view a rocket launch from the balcony! We were a little disappointed that the pool was not heated, but we spent most of our day beachside so it really did not pose that big of a problem. We would most certainly recommend this condo to our family and friends.

We stayed here for a week in May and had a fabulous time! The condo is in great condition - very clean and comfortable with an AMAZING balcony! And, to top it off, this is definitely the best location in Cocoa Beach. Once you go to the grocery store once, you can park your car for the whole week and never move it again! Lots of great restaurants and bars within walking distance!

This is truly an awesome vacation condo. The description is 100% accurate. The condo is beautiful and the location is fabulous. My wife and I spent 5 days here in July 2007 and enjoyed every minute of it. Owner was very communicative and a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely rent this condo again in the future.
