Located right on the best pristine beach in Mazatlan in a gated upscale resort, your dream vacation awaits your arrival. Imagine yourself in your very own large two bedroom condominium with unobstructed ocean views from your balcony. When we say oceanfront - we mean oceanfront - walk out the door, past the pool and your toes are in the sand.
Your condo is located on the fifth floor, the best location to get a perfect view of the ocean and pool and get the fresh ocean breezes. It sleeps six and is furnished for your comfort and enjoyment. There is a TV in every room and a DVD player in the family room, along with a selection of DVDs, books and games for all ages.
The full size kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishware and cookware you will need to prepare a gourmet Mexican meal. There are two gas BBQs for your use while you are a guest, perfect for grilling your fresh caught fish or famous Mazatlan shrimp. Of course, there is a blender for Margaritas and a cooler for beer.
Costa Bonita Condominium & Beach Resort was designed in authentic Mexican style. Amenities include lighted tennis courts, a modern gym with saunas, swimming pool, a three and a half mile beach, and a path around a man-made lake that is surrounded by landscaped gardens and palm trees. There is a beach restaurant and bar which is owned by the HOA and serves up excellent food at extremely low prices.
A resident masseuse offers massages and body treatments not to be missed, especially when an hour and fifteen minute massage will only cost you $30. For a delightful relaxing experience, have your massage in a Palapa by the pool.
When you are ready to explore Mazatlan, grab a pulmonia (open air taxi) or take the bus which stops a the condo entrance. Walk along the beach to a fantastic seafood restaurant called Sr. Leone's at Play Bruja where pretty much every hour is happy hour.

We fell in love with Mazatlan while on vacation. The gorgeous beaches, perfect weather and affordable vacation experience sets it apart form other tropical resort areas. The warm, friendly people, great food and laid back atmosphere make us look forward to vacation evey year.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Costa Bonita is far enough from town to feel private and secluded, yet everything you could possibly want to do is easy to get to. The resort is safe for my kids, the employees are friendly, the beach is super private and uncrowded. Staying in a condo gives you room to spread out, eat some meals in to save money and relax, it's like taking your house with you to paradise.
We keep the condo fully stocked with everything that comes to mind that will improve the vacation experience, high thread count sheets and a kitchen with everything I could think of. Over the years I added things that I wished I had while staying such as thermal coffee mugs and reusable ice for the beach cooler - it's the little things that turn a good vacation int oa fantastic vacation. Enjoy!

We are a family that fell in love with Mazatlan while on vacation in 2006. When we saw Costa Bonita, we decided we needed to own a condo. We live in Lake Oswego (outside of Portland, OR) and dream of being on the beach in Maz during our long rainy winters.
