This six bedroom property is a two-story home with a master suite on each level( can be set up as 3 master suites) . (All bedrooms have TV's - seven TV's total). Located close to Disney in Liberty village, Kissimmee (just off the 192). It is a 10 minute drive to the parks and attractions. The screened-in pool with spa and large deck and lanai is not overlooked as the house backs onto a forest of matures Oaks and Pine trees. WE NOW HAVE FREE HIGH SPEED INTERNET ACCESS - WIRELESS OR VIA ETHERNET CABLE.

We have just added a games room to the garage area.

The home is fully equipped for your stay, has optional pool heat for the cooler months, and is under a 24 hour management property is licensed by the sate of Florida. We accommodate those visiting Disney, Seaworld, Universal studios etc, or those attending conventions ( Gaylord's palms resort, Orange County convention center), weddings, reunions and people who want to relax and enjoy Florida!

Liberty Village is one of the more recently constructed neighborhoods at the North end of the Poinciana Blvd between Eagle point and Cumbrian Lakes, close to the 192 and the 24 hour Walmart. Easy access roads get you quickly to the attractions. It takes 40 minutes to Orlando International Airport, one hour and 10 minutes to Sanford airport, one hour to get to the beach. Ground level:
Master Suite is a KING, with TV/DVD/Video, his and her closets. The upgraded bathroom has a two person corner garden tub, large walk-in shower, toilet, and twin vanities. There is also a door taking you out to the lanai and pool.
Bedroom Two : Two twin beds - TV with DVD.
Bathroom Two is next to this room, with walk in shower/vanity and toilet.
Bedroom Three: Two sets of twin bunkbeds ( sleeps 4) - has TV and DVD.

Second story:
Master Suite: Is a Queen, with TV and DVD player, is ensuite with full bath, shower, twin vanities, toilet.
Bedroom Five : is a Double bed , TV/DVD.
Bedroom Six : is a Double bed, TV/DVD.
Bathroom Four: is ensuite to bedrooms Five and Six ( so if one of these two rooms is not been used it can be ensuite).

The living areas are all on the ground level ( only bathrooms and bedrooms upstairs). The home has two living areas: The main family room overlooks the pool, has two x three seater sofas, a flat screen TV, Surround Sound ( that also goes out to the pool area), DVD and VCR.

The second living area is towards the front of the home, has a three seater sofa and arm chair to relax and read.

The dining area has a large table and chairs, the kitchen has a further table and four chairs.

The kitchen is well equipped for your stay, Tiled floors, Marble Countertops, upgraded appliances, fridge with freezer and ice maker, dish washer, stove/oven, built-in microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, etc. plus dish ware etc, for cooking and dining.

The home has full Air-conditioning, a large washer dryer in a utility room for you to use, plus a two-car garage with automatic opener.

The Pool and Spa is very private and is not overlooked by other homes. A low picket fence marks the property line at the rear and allows children to play in the garden, which is bordered by a nature reserve of mature Oaks and Pine trees. The pool has a raised attached spa with deck area for loungers and drinks table. There is a lanai with table and chairs to relax and eat out by the pool. The surround sound system is wired to the pool area.

  • we were delighted with liberty hall. it was clean and very well maintained. our family of twelve stayed. very spacious and pool is a nice feature. we had access to store 5minutes away was publix and cvs and much much more. the game room keep the older kids happy and the little ones played safely there also. it was wonderful to cook good meals. the photo dose not do full justice to this spacious home away from home. the neighborhood is clean and nice. diney is easy access.

  • We really enjoyed our stay at your Liberty Village home. The home was spacious and very clean. The atmosphere is very relaxing and inviting and we felt very much at home during our stay. The pool area and games room kept our little ones well occupied on days that we stayed in and did not venture out to the parks. We would truly love to stay here again the next time we travel to Florida, and we would most definetely refer all of our friends and relatives.   • What awesome accomodations!! The location to Disney was closer than anticipated and only an 8 minute drive which couldn't have been easier. The house was very spacious and cleaner than any home we have rented. We enjoyed the heated pool, game room and peaceful lake view ambiance. It was the perfect Disney vacation for all.   • We absolutely loved the home! We were so close to Disney, it took only minutes to get there. The home and pool were very well kept. The home is beautiful and so roomy. We had no problems at all and would recommend this home. If you want a great location, beautiful home , fantastic price and great management personnel there is no need to look anywhere else!

  • We could not have had a better place for our Girl Scout Troop to stay. The house was absolutely perfect as a matter of fact our girls decided to stay and play in the pool one morning instead of going to Universal for the whole day. Wayne and his wife were great and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. This was by far the absolute best Vacation Rental I have ever had and will stay with no one else when I return to Kissimmee. Thanks againg for helping to make our trip so wonderful.

  • Our extended family enjoyed our stay in your home. Everything is as pictured. Our grandchildren,(and parents)enjoyed seperate bedrooms, pool and play room. Unlike a hotel where , when the kids go to bed, you had to shut down for the evening. Also liked being very close to Disney. Didn't have to go on I-4. Would stay again and will reccomment to my friends, but not too many.
