About the owner: Captain James Silva has been involved with boating for over 50 years. He holds a Coast Guard 100 Ton Master's license. Your Hostess and Chef, Dale Fetterolf, was a dealer in fine American antiques for 25 years before purchasing her largest antique -TIRELESS- 13 years ago.
