This condo is my "home" when I'm not at the beach, so it's not just an old, tired business rental! That's the difference in this lovely single-level paradise vacation home--read on!
Gorgeously remodeled with all the up-to-date colors and textures to make you comfortable and relax, this condo has rarely been rented and is also the owner's "Home away from Home", so it's pretty special! :)
Your every need is accommodated, including a desk with high speed wireless access and HP all-in-one printer/fax; that is, if you really need to work! TVs in every room (new 46" HDTV & BluRay DVD player in the living room), stereo/ tape/CD player, fully-equipped kitchen inc. espresso machine, games in the bar cabinet, library of books to choose from...did I forget anything? let me know if so...
Oh yes, my new golf cart is available for your use if you wish, with a signed release of liability...:) (required by my insurance company) Load up your clubs on the cart when you arrive and never hassle putting them in and out of the car...You can also ride the two 26" cruiser bicycles by signing the release! I don't have any helmets, though, so if you want to ride with head helmets, please bring your own... :)
My Platinum Membership allows you access to guest privileges at the Palm Valley Award-Winning Club located inside the guard gate onsite!

Why the Owner Chose Palm Valley Country Club
I asked my tennis and golfing buddies "where is the best community in the Palm Desert area
for tennis and golf?"...and they almost all said "PALM VALLEY COUNTRY CLUB"! I have travelled to the condo from my home in Monarch Beach regularly because I find it so much fun and so peaceful being away from "home chores"! I have remodeled it and stocked it with just about everything you might want, so come and enjoy it!
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Unique to my condo are the 2 bikes and golf cart, fully stocked kitchen (plus some food and spices/sugars,etc.), games in the wet bar cabinet; most owners don't offer that! :)
Sometimes i just "do nothing" like reading by one of the many pools, taking an afternoon nap,
watch movies on the new HDTV in the living room, visit with my next-door neighbors or shop...
most of the time, I'm playing tennis or golf or going out to dinner to one of the wonderful restaurants around town or just staying home for a leisurely cocktail & barbeque...
