The unit has been completely renovated with custom blinds, new balcony and railing, windows, and new doors.
The unit has a livingroom/bedroom combination with a very comfortable full size murphy bed and a sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a loveseat. The unit has two full baths.
Note: The livingroom/bedroom combination is considered as the second bedroom but does not have privacy from the living area.

- Double Bed : Very comfortable, full size murphy bed. Give extra space in Living room/Bedroom combination by letting it down at night and raising it into a bookcase cabinet during the day.
- Convertible Bed : Sectional sofa can sleep two comfortably without letting out the sleeper. Sofa sleeper has memory foam mattress. The sofa can sleep two adults comfortably or three children.

We have been coming to Daytona for vacation for the past 10 years and have always stayed at Harbour Beach Resort. We have rented from several different owners there over the years, and have found them to be very nice and helpful. We normally stay for 3 weeks each summer, but unfortunately only got to stay 1 week this year. This was the first time that we have stayed in this particular room, and we loved it!!!!!! The room is clean and comfortable, and the view of the ocean is beautiful!!!!! We had no problems or issues, and certainly no complaints at all. The owner, Shelby, was extremely nice, and I even spoke with her on the phone the day after we checked in and let her know the room was great. If you want a nice, clean, affordable room, this is the place to go. It may not be as fancy as some condos, but then again you don't have to pay $1800 - $2000/week. This is a great place to stay for the amount of money you pay, and we have always found the staff in this building to be great. We will definitely continue our annual vacation in Daytona and will be staying at Harbour Beach Resort. Thanks, Shelby.........We will call you again next year for reservations!!!!!!!!

This condo is the most expensive to rent in the building from what I later found and not worth it. Good luck getting in the lobby if you first arrive after 5pm because you are not sent a key, you have a code to a lockbox when you are finally able to knock and get someone's attention to let you in and then you have to go back down to putting your parking pass in your car. They could mail you those like most owners do. You have to pay a cleaning fee on top of the nightly rate, but then when you pay the full amount you are then told to empty all trash cans, wash all towels and wash clothes that you used in a pay washer and dryer down the hall and clean up after yourself before you leave. It is a one bedroom, very small unit with a convertible couch bed that has an old and very thin mattress that my 140lb teenage son laid on and immediately got up and said there was no way he could sleep on it. The other murphy bed is in a cabinet behind the dining room table and you have to move the table and chairs to put it down, but the only place to put these is blocking anyone getting to the kitchen. We had some problems that the owner might not have been aware were problems, like the toilets stopping up and not draining constantly. One was so bad we stopped using it after the first day and 4 of us were using one bathroom. Cold water showers! One person would get a warm shower and everyone else got a cold one even when we tried waiting 2 hrs between everyone getting one. The blinds are crappy and if you try to adjust them they start falling apart. When we let the owner know of how unpleased we were with our stay she said she was sorry, but didn't even offer a partial refund which would have only had been fair. Rent another unit in the building, the studios for $50 less a night sleep just as many as this one did, but the owner said the hot water problem is a building thing so you might just want to go down the road. I have never given bad reviews before, but I never had a reason to before.
