This beautiful, immaculate, ground floor, NON-SMOKING condo rented to married couples of at least 25 years of age and their guests, is located in the very popular and prestige Shore Drive area directly across the street from the beach.
Shore Drive is an area of serenity and seclusion from the crowds and traffic, yet it's close to all the attractions. Just a few steps across the street and down a paved access path will put you on the beautiful sands of the Atlantic Ocean.
A very short walk up the beach takes you to the Apache Fishing Pier, or a short walk down the beach will take you to the famous Ocean Annie's Beach Bar with live music nightly during summer season.
Nearby Tanger Outlet Stores, Barefoot Landing, Dixie Stampede, Alabama Theatre and restaurant row provide great shopping, dining and entertainment.
OCEAN BRIDGE CONDO ASSOCIATION AMENITIES AND RESTRICTIONS: Convenient parking but only ONE CAR PER UNIT during summer season (parking permit required); two well maintained pool areas with lounge chairs and umbrella tables; outside showers; NO grilling; NO motorcycles; NO RV's; NO trailers; NO pets.
REQUIREMENTS TO RENT: We rent to NON-SMOKING married couples of at least 25 years of age and their guests. This unit is perfect for four (4) people and we do prefer to limit the number of guests to four (4) or less inorder to help preserve the quality of the unit. Rental period is SATURDAY to SATURDAY during the summer months of JUNE, JULY, & AUGUST. Check-in time on Saturday is 3:00 pm; Check-out time the following Saturday is 10:00 am.
After choosing your dates we will send you a reservation package containing a rental agreement for your signature and a date by which we MUST receive both the signed rental agreement and your payment of $200 for the security/damage deposit in order to hold your requested dates. It will also state the date by which we MUST receive the rent payment in full and other important information.

You must provide your own sheets and bath linens. For those days when you receive "liquid sunshine", a rainy-day box filled with family games and puzzles is provided. Also for your enjoyment is a selection of movies.
