The Mad-Lar House is a river front property with gorgeous ocean views, only 150 yards to the ocean and dunes! A brand new 315 feet navigable dock is available, so bring the Boat and Jet Skies or rent them from a boat rental just down the road! Two grand decks on the river, make for great entertaining. Swim over to the ocean, boat over or rent the golf cart and feel utterly spoiled. The two block walk is a breeze, as you tour our little barrier island of Summer Haven. There are four wonderful fishing and swimming areas within four blocks!
The interior is decorated beautifully! Mad-Lar has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. There are two bedrooms upstairs with 2 baths and a giant great room, and a wall of windows leading out to the upper deck and lovely long view of Summer Haven River and dunes. Two more bedrooms and a bath downstairs, leading onto the lower deck. A tandem garage to keep motorcycles and bikes safe and clean, and an outdoor shower, add to the amenities.
