Welcome to our custom-built, oceanfront home, appropriately named "Memories By the Sea," located off of Haven Road, in the exclusive Seagrass community. This home is crafted in the 'Old Florida' style and designed to perfection. Upon entering the house, the slate-floored foyer opens into a large family room with beautiful wooden floors and wooden walls.
Adjoining the family room is a kitchen, with granite counters, that is charming and stocked with every item imaginable. The cabinets and stainless steel appliances are the type often found in upscale city homes. Unique features throughout the home bear witness to a dedication to detail and insistence on perfection.
The home's expansive ocean views, roomy decks and porches, white-washed cedar walls, and 12-foot ceilings will please everyone. The home's lavish amenities include a spacious jacuzzi hot tub overlooking the sand dunes, an outdoor shower, a wet bar, an additional ice machine, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, cedar-lined closets in each of the bathrooms, an entertainment room equipped with a large plasma TV, and three large master suites, and a finished kids-space below the stairs with board games and a padded bench (kids absolutely love this space).
Each of the suites is equipped with a private bathroom, a large porch with patio furniture for you to sit and enjoy the beautiful sunsets, and satellite TV with a DVD player. Two of the suites contain king-sized beds, while the third bedroom contains two twin beds, with two trundle beds that can be pulled out if needed. The house comfortably sleeps ten (10), and up to twelve (12).
The house contains two pull-out sofa beds that are equipped with air-filled mattresses that are extremely comfortable, unlike your normal everyday sofa bed. The home also is elegantly decorated and accented by many original works of art.
Aside from all of this, each room boasts an amazing oceanfront view from it's own private deck, and the community pool is only steps away.

Even Rain Couldn't Ruin this Vacation! Fabulous home on one of our favorite beaches anywhere! Unfortunately, we had only 2 days with good weather (out of 7) which has never happened to us at CSB over Spring Break. Only problem was that the hot tub never seemed to work quite right but it rained so much we hardly used it. Coastal Joe service and hospitality was superb!

We had an incredibly MEMORABLE time! Beautiful 'undiscovered' area of Florida, very friendly laid-back atmosphere! Coastal Joe personnel are first-rate w/lots of insight re. what's going on during your stay at the Cape! Some of us are returning this June!! By far the Best House on Cape San Blas!

This house was the most beautifully decorated and so,so comfortable.We loved this home..the really short walk to the beach was a plus,pool was close by and the hot tub was fun also.The staff was always so helpful..thanks for fixing the dryer so prompt.

Quite possibly the best vacation we've ever had. After having visited over 15 Caribbean islands, numerous cruises and other land packages, this one comes out on top. The home is spectacular, location is perfect. God blessed my wife and I so much with being able to stay here for the week. Our weather was perfect, the community pool might as well have been our own private pool. Sitting in the hot tub over looking the waves at night under a brilliant canopy of stars was well... perfect. We are already hoping to be able to return next year, this time for 2 weeks. 5 Stars - Highly recommended!!

I stayed at the beach house in mid-March, 2007. It was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we could have possibly needed. I will surely visit again someday.
