The 32-foot pool is set in a southwest-facing deck so you can enjoy the Florida sunshine from early morning all year round and have fabulous views of the glorious sunsets. The pool, which can be heated, has an integral spa and an attractive feature waterfall.
The house has over 3,000 square feet of air conditioned living space and all six bedrooms have ceiling fans for added comfort.
The six bedrooms can accommodate 12 people in comfort with each bedroom having its own cable TV and DVD player.
The master bedroom is on the first floor and has a sitting area where you can curl up and relax with a good book or film after a hard day at the theme parks. It also has an inner room next to the master bathroom which has been equipped with a cot for use as an adjoining nursery if needed.
Two of the other three upstairs bedrooms have twin beds with the third having a queen-sized bed.
The second master is on the ground floor and the adjoining bathroom doubles as a pool bathroom with access to the pool area.
The sixth bedroom has twin beds and is also on the ground floor.
The large and airy family room overlooks the pool area and has three large comfy sofas so the whole family can enjoy a movie together on the large screen TV.
If you tire of dining out at the nearby restaurants, the large kitchen is fully equipped to satisfy the most demanding of cooks. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric range with a large oven, a refrigerator and freezer (with an ice cube maker), a coffee maker, blender, microwave, and dishwasher plus all the cooking utensils you could require. Next to the kitchen is a separate laundry room which houses an American-style washing machine and tumble dryer.
There is sufficient seating for 12 in the formal dining area and breakfast nook and the younger family members may enjoy starting their day at the breakfast bar adjoining the kitchen. Alternatively, you could take advantage of the superb Florida weather and dine al fresco with a barbecue using the gas-powered grill provided. The light from the pool provides a perfect setting to enjoy your delicious char-grilled food after the sun's gone down.
In addition to TVs and DVD players in all the bedrooms, there is also a PlayStation2 game console and a selection of games to keep the youngsters occupied. A computer with internet access has also been provided in the kitchen space so details of the local attractions and quickest routes to the various Disney and other theme parks are available at the click of a button.
