Loved it! The house was even better than expected- The location can't be beat for walking to dinner or cruising the shops. The trolley picks you up w/ all your gear & drops you back at your door. I would highly recommend this to anyone. We plan to rent it again. The owner is delightful!

We stayed at this wonderful house during the Sundance Film Festival and couldn't have been more pleased. The house was very clearn, has been completely renovated and has every amenity. And, the location at the top of Main Street is perfect for enjoying everything Park City has to offer. The owner is great to work with too! We will definitely try to stay here again when we are back in Park City.

We stayed here for five days in December of 2009. It was awesome and in every way as described or better. Very comfortable, Very clean, like staying at a fine hotel. The best part is the location, you are a 2 minute stroll from the heart of main street so we walked to dinner and didn't need to worry about parking. Park city and Deer valley skiing is a 5 min drive or a free bus ride away. This house is advertised as 2+ bedrooms but I would call it 3. The third bedroom is a normal bedroom it just has no door.

A group of us stayed here for Sundance and this was the best house we have rented so far. Location could NOT be better to take advantage of all the fun on Main Street (eat, drink & walk home) w/o the noise & crowds and the free trolley takes you right to the house! The steam shower was perfect after a day of skiing, the kitchen had everything we needed when we decided cook a dinner one night (pots, spices, etc), and the house was cozy & comfortable. Highly recommend for any time of year.

122 Main was the perfect place to stay for our first trip to Park City and our sons' first skiing/snow boarding experience. The layout of the home was perfect for our group of two couples and two children. The home is very comfortable and has a very well equipped kitchen that we used quite a bit. 122 Main is very cozy, relaxing, and peaceful. We relaxed by the fire every night and didn't have a care in the world as we watched the snow fall. We loved the ability to walk up and down main street and use the trolley especially during a major snow storm that these southerners have only experienced a few times! The owner is very easy to work with and was responsive to our needs. We look forwarding to returning to Park City and 122 Main in the future!

The owner of this property was wonderful to work with. We had booked a February, 2008 week, but due to some unforeseen circumstances, we had to cancel in Ocotber. The owner was very understanding and returned our deposit. We hope to book another trip in the future and we will definitely stay at this property.

Our stay was great! Even with the lack of snow, we had a really good time. Your home is beautiful! It worked out perfectly and we hope to stay there again next year. We really enjoyed the photo album with the pictures of the renovation....you did an amazing job! Thank you very much for the bottle of wine and your welcome note. I will recommend 122 Main to anyone I know looking for a wonderful place to stay.
