The house features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a California-King; the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom contains two twin beds. The living room also has a spacious couch, comfy enough to sleep on.
The home is fully-furnished and equipped. It has a fully-stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, TV with satellite access, DVD player, stereo, air conditioning, and other amenities to make your vacation that much more pleasurable.

The home and the homeowner was very nice. The home was clean and big enough for the 6 of us. It was walking distance to the river which was very nice. The community pool was very close and was nice. We spent the month of March, 2011, in your lovely home and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was terrific. The kitchen was stocked very well, with everything we needed, making meals at home very enjoyable. Also a huge patio for outdoor dining. The home was furnished very well with wonderful beds. The attached garage being available to us, was an added plus. Our neighbors did not have that luxury and were envious! We had great neighbors on both sides of the home, who return every year. And if we return to your area again next year, we too, will definitely contact you to stay in your home again. The small town of Needles was great, and still close enough for all the shopping (and casino’s) :) We’ve used VRBO.com for years in our travels, and your home will top our list of favorites.. Thanks for sharing your home with us. I will definitely recommend your home to all our friends. Nampa, ID.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Apr-Oct .. $250/night, 2 night min .. $1350/week. Nov-Mar ............................. $ 650/week . .$1350/month. *3 night minimum during holiday weekends. There is a $80 non-refundable cleaning fee ($100 cleaning fee for monthly rentals) $500 deposit, returned if house is left clean and not damaged ($675 sec. deposit for monthly rentals)
