Surf Club Condominiums is a gated community with a very relaxed level of activity. Our unit is upstairs at the Gulf end of the complex. There are no obstructions of your view to the swimming pool, the dunes, and the Gulf of Mexico. It is like a picture.
If you are snowbirds and are seeking a great place to spend Jan, Feb, and March, don't overlooks this unit. We are now taking reservations for the snowbird season.
The unit has three satellite TVs with all channels offered. Also bring your wireless laptop or use our computer and don't miss any important computer communications. as the unit also has a computer and printer with high speed and Wi-Fi internet provided. Everything you need for your enjoyment is provided including beach towels and chairs. This unit is 1200 square feet in size and has a kitchen, dining/living area plus a sunroom with second eating table overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
As this is our personal unit, we do not rent to more than two adults during most rental months even though there are two bedrooms and two baths. We also do not rent to smokers even if they agree not to smoke in our unit. The condominium complex does not allow guests to have pets. Otherwise, we are willing to share our unit with responsible adults who want the best amenities. There is a $600 security deposit required and cancellations are allowed up to four (4) weeks in advance of arrival. |
