Our cottage is a relaxing oasis overlooking the beautiful Porter’s Lake. Located in Lawrencetown Nova Scotia, a small community known for its quiet nature and beautiful ocean beaches, our cottage acts as a home away from home.
You will find our location ideal for exploring or just staying put, depending on how the mood takes you. We are only 20 minutes from the big city (Halifax) or just minutes from Lawrencetown Beach.
The Eastern Shore is one of the few areas that has survived unchanged over the years, and the locals are sure to make you feel welcome, as only Maritimers can!
Our beautiful cottage offers something for the whole family, whether it be fishing, boating or swimming on the Porter’s Lake, to hiking, biking and walking the Nova Scotia trails a minute away.
We are offering our cottage for a minimum rental period of one week.
Our two bedroom cottage contains all the furnishings and appointments, including TV, VCR/DVD, telephone, stove, refrigerator and laundry facilities.

This house was a pleasant surprise, the photos don't do it justice.We walked into fabulous views of the lake through the large livingroom windows, spacious dinning table that we fit 10 for supper and overall comfortable beds. The back yard is very private with chairs and a fire pit. This rental offered everything that you could want on a Maritme vacation including a large lobster pot. Excellent value for your money. This property is close enough to see the sights of Halifax and only minutes away from the beach and total relaxation. We had a wonderful time visiting with family and friends. Thank you for your hospitality.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.
