Jim and I love the outdoors - boating and fishing. We have a boat at our home in Annapolis, MD, and at some point would like to bring this to our home in St. Petersburg, FL. We are empty nesters at this point with 4 children. We love our home in Isla Del Sol, and plan to retire there at some point.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Jim likes to walk out of the unit and fish, just a few steps off the patio. Caroline likes to just enjoy being outside, playing some golf, and enjoying warm weather during the winter. The beautiful St. Pete Beach is exactly one mile away. We also love Pass-A-Grill, the Don Cesar, and have made so many friends in this area.
