This double-wide mobile home is located in the family-friendly environment of Ocean Lakes (Lot #MH 401). There is a huge living area, with plenty of space for "family time". The spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed and a private bath. One bedroom has a queen and the other has a double. There are also two queen sleeper sofas in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped for family meal preparation, or you can take the family to any of the hundreds of restaurants nearby. Outside, there is a grassy yard and a roomy deck, perfect for sunning or just sitting and watching the world go by.
Ocean Lakes prides itself on providing a fun and safe environment for your family. There are activities for all ages. You can easily walk from this home to the beach, two pools (indoor and out), Splash Zone, putt-putt, Recreation Center, and our new oceanfront inflatable water slide - the Hippo! If you prefer, you can rent a golf cart to tour our 310-acre oceanfront community. The mobile home section is almost like a park within the park, so you can engage in as many of the on-site activities as you choose and then escape from the hustle and bustle and return to your quiet home. Our gated entrance and 24-hour patrolling security will give you peace of mind for your family vacation. Families who vacation here once come back year after year.
Linen and departure cleaning services are available upon request. There is a $100 security deposit that may be refunded IF the unit is left clean and in good condition. In addition, there is a $25 non-refundable inspection fee.
