  Great house and location. Beautiful views of Lake Saratoga and close to Saratoga Springs downtown. Very clean, amenities as described and bedrooms larger than expected. Would definitely recommend. Owner easy to work with.

  We rented house week of 7/10/11 and had a great time. House is well kept and big. We had 5 adults and 3 grand daughters (11-9-8) and all were very happy. Lots to do nearby for all. Would reccomend to all ages. Will be back again.Minor detour on Route 9p meaning you had to go around about 5 miles if you went to left. Much to all our surprise we got to see Horse farms with many new foals with their mommy. Beautiful country.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

  Lake house was totally equipped, well appointed and has a beautiful lake view. Just walk down the steps to the lake and dock. House is well kept and you can see the owner cares about property and upkeep. Great experience in a great surrounding. A very good bargain for your money. Owner cares about your needs. I may sound like an agent but this is how good our four overnights were at this property. I will return. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

  House on a beautiful lakeside sight, the picture doesn't do it justice. Fantastic sunsets, and good fishing. Short ride from town, race track, parks, and golf. There was something for all in our party. We had a great time, and are talking about next year already.

  Ray: I want to tell you that we really enjoyed our stay at your Saratoga Lake house. The house itself exceeded my expectations. We had a great time fishing off the dock and caught a ton of nice sized fish. My 7 year old granddaughter learned how to cast a lure and she had a blast catching 10 fish, mostly nice sized bass. The house has lots of natural light, many amenities, and is comfortable for 6 people. The kitchen was awesome. A great family house. I have rented many houses in the past, in different parts of the world, and yours ranks right up there. I look forward to staying there again in the future.

  The house was excellent!Four couples enjoyed our stay on the lake,coffee or drinks on the deck overlooking the lake,a short ride to Lake George,nice big bedrooms.Everyone loved it.

  We rented the lakehouse Memorial Day weekend because friends from college were getting married nearby. There were 8 of us and the house was so large it never seemed crowded. This home is extremely clean and it was really nice to rent a home and not have to bring sheets, towels, etc... Ray and his son greeted us when we arrived and checked back with us before we left which was nice. We are hoping to visit again sometime when its warm enough outside for some watersports or fishing.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, adventure seekers.
