Spacious living areas, including a 12 foot by 12 foot screened patio, overlook the full expanse of Burt Lake from east to west. Crystal clear sandy beach with dock and mooring. Plenty of shallow swimming area for the kids. Guide your family along the Inland Lakes Waterways in your boat; stopping along the way to leisurely swim, go exploring or tie into one of the restaurants (Hoppies, Hack-ma-tack). When on the Indian River, be sure to be armed with the biggest super soaker you can muster, so you can join in all the fun.
For the more adventurous, The Straits of Mackinac and Lake Huron are accessible from your dock. Directly across the street are miles of state land trails for your pleasure; snowmobiling or ATV or hiking. Three minutes from the State Park and downtown Indian River. Shops, restaurants and sports outfitters eager to serve you.
Enjoy the rugged outdoors all day and retreat to the comforts of home at night. A brand new King-size Beauty Rest in the Master and featherbed in second bedroom ensure a great nights sleep. Cable TV is provided in the Living and Master. With nearly an entire wall of windows in the Living areas, you are always 'on' the lake because its always in view. Two full bathrooms provide the privacy and comfort you like.
