Overlooking Holiday Valley Resort's main lodge, you are a three minute walk to the slopes and the lodge with its with its many restaurants, shops, and cafes, This townhouse is within walking distance or a 5-minute drive to the village of Ellicottville.
Guests enter into an open kitchen/dining/living area where they can relax and enjoy the view. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and one bath on lower level. Upstairs is full bath and two bedrooms: one with queen bed and cut-in window overlooking living room, another with twin beds and open loft with skylight overlooking the lower level. A queen size pull out bed opens in the living room.

Thank you for letting us use your home for the weekend. "Octoberfest" has always been a weekend to look forward to. Good friends, good times, and lots of laughs! Fox Ridge will always hold a place near and dear to my heart. The views, the loft and the accents all enhanced our wonderous and joyful weekend. I would have paid 2X the price! Thanks! What a lovely place! Thank you so much. For so long E-Ville has been a place where my friends have met for New Year and had a monumental time, and now we add a new holiday to this tradition...for this we thank you! Having the best weather of the year so far. From the big apple to e-ville, nothing better. Looking forward to coming again soon.

Thanks for the lovely townhouse! We enjoyed our stay - except for the rain! Wanted to play golf, but the casino was a great alternative. We only wish you could have given us a victory over USC!
