OURS IS A TRUE 2 BEDROOM/2 BATH + BUNK ROOM + SLEEPER SOFA Clarification: Some of the units at Lighthouse advertised as 2 BR/2 Ba actually have 1 full BR, a bunk room, 2 Baths and a very small living/dining area. Just in case you're really looking for 2 full Bedrooms, we wanted to clarify that IS what our unit has (plus a very small bunk room plus a larger living/dining area than the 1 BR/bunk units!).
Our unit is on the 15th floor, almost Penthouse level!! If this is not for you, see our listing at 43334 for a lower level unit. It's hard to believe that Lighthouse is almost 4 years old! We have recently tiled the living area an upgraded the bedrooms with designer carpet. With Tuscan red warmth and a mix of new and antique, quaint and comfortable we think you'll enjoy this year's trip to the beach completely. We do hope you agree that we have more character than the usual all white, wicker Condo rental.
The building is loaded with amenities plus we've tried to add some nice up-grades for your special family vacation. After you park on the 2nd level in the covered parking deck (or third level - not covered- if 2nd is full), take one of the middle high speed elevators to your heavenly home above the Gulf of Mexico. Your front door is just steps away to the east of the central elevators. Windows all the way across the Gulf side of the condo, living area and master bedroom frame the 635' of private beach & oceanfront.

There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the guest room, a bunk room for the kids (sleeps two) and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. As there are only two bathrooms, though nice, we don't recommend this unit for more than six adults(again, see 43334 for a 3 bedroom unit that will sleep 8 adults). The bunks are custom built in a separate, small room and are very sturdy but not intended for adults.
There are Direct-TV-connected flat screen LCD TVs with DVDs in the living (37'), master (32') and guest rooms (27'). There is a stereo with CD changer in the entertainment center in the living area, 3 clock radios in the unit and 3 telephones for local calls. The building has wireless internet service.
The Dining Table seats six or there is bar stool seating at the kitchen counter for four.
Our unit is centrally located in the building, just steps away from one of the four (4) high-speed elevators to carry you from your covered parking space.
The condo is equipped with a Temp Saver system that allows guest to regulate the condo temperature between 66-76 degrees.
The building is loaded with amenities: 2 Gulf Front swimming pools, indoor heated swimming pool, nicely equiped exercise room and sauna, Hot tubs, as well as enclosed lobbies surrounding the elevators.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION: * Must be 25 or older to rent unit; Adults & families only. * $250 refundable reservation/security deposit due within one week of making reservation; $250 deposit for snowbird rentals * Full rental price due 14 days prior to reservation date. $85 cleaning fee. $15 car registration (max 2) * Weekly rentals only mid-March thru Oct; weekly rental only for Thanksgiving week (Nov. 19-26); 3 night minimum otherwise * No Smoking and No Pets * Call or e-mail for availability.
Any large commercial building of this size may have maintenance, repairs or improvements made from time to time. Examples may include but are not limited to painting, cleaning, elevators, pool heaters, vandalism to building or grounds.
Even nearby construction may be distracting but not under the control of our Association. Individual owners have very little voice as to timing. We will disclose anything that we are aware of that could cause your vacation to be less than perfect. But, just as with the weather, cable or utility outages, etc ... some things are outside of our control. We do wish you a Perfect Vacation!
