Wonderful opportunity to enjoy our lake front home that was just built in 2006 with a Million Dollar view of both the Osage and Gravios arm of the Lake of the Ozarks. You can see down miles of both arms as we're located at the 32 Mile Marker!
Our home offers excellent views with the combination of a high quality home with both privacy and spectacular views.
Our home is a 2400 square foot plus home with four bedroom plus a pull out sofa with sleeping arrangements. Our home features views of the lake from all rooms and offers a covered deck so you can enjoy your morning coffee with the beautiful sunrise.
The layout of our home features a full-size kitchen, great room, master bedroom (with jacuzzi tub!), and bedroom/den (with day bed) on the first floor along with washer/dryer facilities. The lower level features two additional bedrooms..one with a queen bed and one with two twin-size beds. Additionally, the lower level has a second living room (with pull out queen sleeper sofa) with a bar to host all of your entertainment needs or simply provide a separate area for the kids!
The back of our house features a covered deck on the main level and a patio/deck on the lower level along with a Martini deck between our house and the lake to relax with some refreshments and enjoy the sunrise/sunset!

P.S. - We have a new boat dock with sun deck which includes a 12 by 32 boat slip and a 36 foot sun bathing/fishing deck that is available for your use!

The property is advertised as "Like New Lakefront Home with Million Dollar View". If you can see around the huge dead tree that stand in direct view...the view is nice, but definately not worth it? Property is not what expected. House was dirty when we arrived and needs some TLC. Pictures are acurate other than you cannot see the unkept landscaping, dirty, carpet which needs replacing, obviously a rental property. Have stayed in other properties I would recommend. This is not one of them. Was very disappointed in the outcome of the stay and our dealings with the owners.
Owner response:This home is our personal lake home and it is in excellent condition and is only 5 years old. We have the home professionally cleaned between stays and our cleaner has been with us for over 4 years. While we strive to meet expectations of all guests, sometimes guest activities during their stay can result in a difference of opinion as to the condition of someone's property. We have been very fortunate in that 99.9% of our guests have enjoyed our beautiful home. Thank you.

This lake home has an incredible view....PLUS it provides a very nice relaxing atmosphere to enjoy a few days off and enjoy what the Lake of the Ozarks has to offer! We boated, golfed, and grilled, and had a great time! We'll be back next year! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Too bad the weather man was off on his prediction of sunny & 70 degrees. Rain & 40's was what we got & no fish to boot. We finally got to Ha Ha Tonka & Bridal Cave - neat places.
