This house has everything you need! VERY spacious, GREAT backyard and pool area... VERY close to all the nightlife and DIRECTLY across from the beach... what more can you ask for? Oh... how about a TERRIFIC owner? I rented the house for a week while in Boca for business (had meetings in Miami, Ft Lauderdale, West Palm, figured Boca was in the middle) WHAT A TREAT!!! Deborah knew I had been on the raod for weeks and had fresh flowers waiting for me!! The neighborhood is TERRIFIC... Skip the overpriced rentals... as this is the total package! TWO doors leading to the pool area, GREAT place to enjoy cocktails or dinner outside, or, if you want to relax inside... enjoy dinner in the dining room off of the kitchen! :) HIGHLY recommend!Did you find this review helpful? Just spent a wonderful week at this home with my family. This house is exactly as the pictures show - very clean and spacious. Great neighborhood to take a walk and short walk to the beach. The house was close to so many things to do. The owner is so nice to work with. I just loved it there. Thank you so much!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We spent two wonderful weeks in one of the best locations in Boca Raton in a great house. The house is located minutes from everything and walking distance to the beach. It is well equiped, has all the amenities, and very comfortable. The pool and pool deck are perfect for just hanging out. The owner was a pleasure to work with. We have stayed in a number of places across the country and this is by far the best. Our only regret was that we only rented it for two weeks!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
Owner response: It's so gratifying to have not just contented guests, but to have them be surprised with a "Wow Experience"! I love to go the extra mile in taking care of them, making them feel welcomed, and giving them very clean , comfortable accomodations. As former general manager of a boutique hotel on Deerfiend Beach, I understand guest expectations. My goal is to meet or beat them! Our guests like to call our home their "Boca Beach Home" and most of them return year after year. It's so conveniently located in a very quiet, exclusive neighborhood right across from Red Reef Park and pristine beach. A well-maintained executive golf course is also just 2 blocks from the house. About a mile down A1A is Palmetto Park Road, Boca's main street, with it's quaint bistros and exclusive shops. My husband and I stayed here for two weeks at the end of March, 2012. We had the most relaxing vacation of our lives. The house is as clean as could be and very comfortable. The private backyard pool/patio layout was perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining. Just a very easy house to live in. The neighborhood was fantastic, easy walk to beach and golf. Easy drive to Delray, Mizner Park and Deerfield. Can't recommend highly enough. The owner was a doll to work with- easygoing, accomodating and friendly. Thumbs up!!Did you find this review helpful? My husband and I have been coming to Boca for 10 years and this is our favorite "home away from home." It is an amazing property in an amazing location owned by an amazing lady! It is only 2 minutes from the beach, superbly maintained, and in a gorgeous and quiet neighbourhood. The home has every amenity that one could possibly wish for. In addition, the owner is fair, delightful and a pleasure to do business with. Having spend 2 years living in Boca in the 90s I decided to rediscover the area and am glad to have chosen this rental home! Perfect location as base to plan trips to north (Orlando) south (Miami 45min, Key West) and west (Naples/Fort Meyers etc.). Or just for relaxation in a calm and very friendly neighbourhood located within minutes walk to the beach. The house is equipped with everything you need - kitchen fully equipped - 3 bedrooms with TVs and a great pool - so there is actually no need to do any travelling at all..
