Immaculate Charleston-style house sitting on the 'T' of a canal off the Intercoastal Waterway at Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina with breath-taking views from spacious decks overlooking the canal. You can also view the ocean from decks that run full-length on one side of the house, with ample room for seating. Adirondack chairs are provided on the three decks of the house.
Easy access to the beach, which is just one block away; less than 5-minute walk.
This home is outfitted with all the amenities for a carefree family vacation with the ability to stay connected with family, friends and work, if needed.

In addition to the amenities listed below, this house is outfitted with the finest furniture, rugs and all the best appliances, cooking utensils, kitchenware and cookware. There is an elevator that services all three levels. There are televisions and DVD/VCR players in each bedroom and the great room. There is an audio system that allows for playing radio, CDs and IPODs/MP3s. There is a sound system that has five sets of speakers to locations inside and outside of the home. There is also wireless internet and a 4:1 fax/copier/printer/scanner machine. There is covered parking for four vehicles and exterior parking for two to three more vehicles.

Our family had a great week at the beach in this beautiful vacation house. We enjoyed the decks, elevator, location, ease of rental....everything! The owners were very accommodating and made sure we had all the comforts of home. We would recommend this house to all. A-1 rating from us. This home is very special.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We just completed our third year week-long vacation staying in either 99 or 201 units. We love the place and working with Harold and Kathy. Their houses are perfect for all ages. What an awesome vacation location. The owners of this house are very warm and accomodating which makes for an extra special experience. The house is fully equipped for the family that loves to cook as ours does. If you have a large extended family or group of friends there is a space for everyone to get away and relax. Changes in Latitude and Changes in Attitude are two of the loveliest homes on Ocean Isle. We have stayed in both and were fortunate to be able to have our sons rehearsal dinner there. The weather was wonderful, the view of the canal at sunset was beautiful, and using both homes held our crowd. Ocean Isle Beach has been the sight for my family's vacations for 40+ years. We are on our 3rd generation and all the generations come back. We bought property here to accommodate our ever-growing family that always wants to come to OIB to reconnect, bond, etc. OIB is a great family venue. It's safe, non-commercial and friendly with everything anyone could want within 30 minutes, be it fashion, night life, culture, fishing, fine cuisine, etc.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
OIB is safe and comfortable. The Canal is very peaceful and relaxing, and cool. The people are friendly and hospitable. The beach is expansive and beautiful. There is little commercialism. Kids can play outside, walk to the ice cream shop, pier, Putt Putt Golf, surfing shops, etc.
