There is also wireless internet and a 4:1 fax/copier/printer/scanner machine. There is covered parking for four vehicles and exterior parking for two to three more vehicles.

Why the Owner Chose Ocean Isle Beach
Ocean Isle Beach has been the sight for my family's vacations for 40+ years. We are on our 3rd generation and all the generations come back. We bought property here to accommodate our ever-growing family that always wants to come to OIB to reconnect, bond, etc. OIB is a great family venue. It's safe, non-commercial and friendly with everything anyone could want within 30 minutes, be it fashion, night life, culture, fishing, fine cuisine, etc.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We don't lock the house or our cars while at OIB. It's that safe and comfortable. The Canal is very peaceful and relaxing, and cool. The people are friendly and hopsitable. The beach is expansive and beautiful. There is little commercialism. Kids can play outside, walk to the ice cream shop, pier, Putt Putt Golf, surfing shops, etc.
