Nicely update with newer living room furnishings and flooring. You’ll find this Condo and lake side complex is the best location at the lake. Horseshoe bend and the 12 mile marker can’t be beat for being close to everything. Only five minutes from business 54, the lodge, toad cove and great golfing. Beautifully updated gated complex also offers great views and an awesome pool! This CLEAN two bedroom, two bath, vaulted unit with lake views can accommodate up to six people with a master suite king bed, second bedroom queen, a sofa sleeper pull out, and in unit washer/dryer. A third floor open deck with gas grill will complete a wonderful stay. Oh yeah, for boaters there is an on-site boat ramp with trailer parking and 24-32 foot slips available for $10-$15 per night. Please - no smoking or pets can be allowed in unit.
